@@Random101a i imagine it would, that glue softens at like 80°C so it shouldnt be too difficult to find an option that works. You just need to get enough of a gap that you can slide a razor blade in without damaging the frame side. Just dont go to deep, 3mm max.

Is the isopropyl alcohol necessary? Hard to buy it. Would any contact cleaner do?
Rubbing alcohol is usually the other name for it
I wouldn't use contact cleaner
