Mango Frooti Kaise Banate Hain Ghar Per | आम का जूस कैसे बनाते हैं बताइए | easy mango frooti recipe
Mango Frooti Ingredients
Alphonso Mango 1 no.
Safeda Mango 1 no.
Raw Mango 1 no.
Sugar 1 cup
Vinegar 1 tsp
Wash and peel the mangoes.
Separate the pulp and transfer it to a mixer jar.
Add some water and make a puree out of it.
Heat a pan, strain and add the pulp. Add some sugar and cook it for a while.
Add some vinegar as a preservative.
Remove it in a container and refrigerate it.
Serve chilled.

हापूस को फ्रुटी बनाना पाप है. हापूस को सिर्फ छुरी से काटके खाना चाहिए. बाकी के तरीके हापूस का अपमान है. हापूस तो आम का राजा है . बिना किसी चीज के मिलावट करे उसे खाना असल चीज है. फ्रुटी , मँगो ज्यूस इत्यादी चीज के लिये तो कोई भी कच्चा पक्का आम चलेगा, सिर्फ शक्कर, दूध, पानी बराबर मात्रा मे मिलाओ. हापूस तो हापूस है!
