금박이 아니라 금부 입니다. 일반적으로 우리가 흔히 볼수있는 금박은, 제가 사용하는 금부 보다 100배 정도 얇은 것이기에, 구분되어 부르는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 구리호일은 열융착 방법으로는 은에 붙지 않습니다. 그리고 붙는다 해도, 여러가지 문제점이 많아 하지 않는 것만 못합니다. 소재가 가지고 있는 고유의 특성을 알지 않고는 작업하기 어렵습니다. ^^

Gold foil does not fall off no matter how much time passes. It is attached like one body by heat sealing method. It sticks stronger than general soldering or welding. Almost semi-permanently... thanks~

I alloy different amounts of copper depending on the purpose for which it is made. It is also made from 92.5% sterling silver. It is alloyed with 95%, Sometimes it is alloyed with 97%. They work differently depending on their use and purpose.
I really enjoy your videos. Can you tell me what foundation forging is and why it is necessary if you are going to put the ingot in the roller press? It is a beautiful pencil.
The reason why forging is necessary, It keeps the silver tissue tight so it doesn't break. The reason for rolling by pressing on the roller, To increase the thickness as thin as I want.

I couldn't put it in the video, Contaminated air is removed by operating the ventilator. Used medicines are collected separately and sent to a waste specialist for disposal. Thank you for your attention !
@@jimphubar You're welcome ~ Rubbing after heat is correct for the burnisher. The burnisher is called "광쇠-light steel" in Korean. Gold foil is moderately thick, like a piece of paper, This is done by heat only without soldering. It is called the "thermal fusion" technique. That's why it's a special technique. I don't speak English well so I use a translator. So an error occurs. Please understand.

Gold foil does not fall off no matter how much time passes.
It is attached like one body by heat sealing method.
It sticks stronger than general soldering or welding.
Almost semi-permanently...

I alloy different amounts of copper depending on the purpose for which it is made.
It is also made from 92.5% sterling silver.
It is alloyed with 95%,
Sometimes it is alloyed with 97%.
They work differently depending on their use and purpose.

The burnisher is called "광쇠-light steel" in Korean.
Gold foil is moderately thick, like a piece of paper,
This is done by heat only without soldering.
It is called the "thermal fusion" technique.
That's why it's a special technique.
