There is a quick question it will be really help full if you could answer it as soon as possible....how much years of service seniority is needed for getting quarters in muhammadpur, as i have 23 years of service
As per my experience, if u have 23 year of service there is 99% chance to get quarter in Mohammadpur.
I was asking this because this time only 5 quaters are in bid for march...where my no. is on waiting list 60-65 so i was in doubt whether it will be allotted to me or not.

U just fil,l u have to fill 20 options, fill these 5 and rest 15 u fill some other area u will definitely get somewhere.
Also do you think is there any such list for applicants in waiting list that comes or is it just the no of people who have applied for that particular quater.
When u select any quarter for bidding, than check ur tentative position for that quarter, which will be shown to next it on esampada.
Please check tentative position also.
Ground floor lena chahye ya upper
If u have 20 to 25 years of service than only u can get ground floor.
Otherwise try for 7 and above floors.

2. Can a person belonging to SC category fill in General pool also?
3. Flats with same quarter numbers are seen in both General pool and SC pool. How does the esampada system decide which quarter number goes to which pool?

Government employees kitne months me quarter change ke liye apply kar sakte Hain
As per GPRA -2017 guidelines no such period is mention, only it is mention that an employee can apply for change of quarter only one time in same type of quarter.
It means, i think from next month of allotment, we can apply for change.
You can change right after updating your status for change in esampada. No timebound. You can even change after 1 months of occupying the 1st allotment.

Only one, first priority will be given to type-3, if not get than the system go for type -2.
One candidate will get one flat only.

@@namitsati5091 there are no wall-fitted cupboards in Kidwai Nagar.....so those provided (almirah type) will occupy lots of space. I see Thyagraj/Prem Nagar to be the best one.
