    Great video! I started with an ender 3 and learned the ins and outs of 3d printing. Started selling stuff and funded 3 more ender 3 style printers. Eventually I got so tired of making sure prints started and fixing the prints that I got a P1S. I now have 4 of them running nearly full time and its so much easier!
    The way I like to describe it is that I don't sell 3d printed things. I sell things that happen to be 3d printed. It just so happens that making the things that I make is better, faster and easier than other manufacturing techniques but my buyers don't care how they were made.

      Selling things that happen to be 3d printed is a great way of saying it.
      I have a cr10 that when it was playing ball would print really good, but most of the time it didn't like to start a print. So i have just stripped it to make a cnc.
      i still want a creality k1 max but i think i would get another p1s 1st.

      Yeah, I was going to buy another creality, but after using the x1c, I was just blown away by how good it was, (so bought the p1s due to budget). Is the new flagship model just rumours or actually coming out?

    • @fleetreadygaming
      @fleetreadygaming 20 днів тому +2

      @ Bambu made an official post that a new flagship is coming out this year but I can’t say if the leaked images of it are real, though they do seem legit. If it’s true the new model will have a print volume of 492x514x626mm along with dual print nozzles so filament won’t have to be retracted as often when using AMS.

    it took about me about 3 Months for my A1 to pay for it's self, however had I not bothered with the AMS it would of been half that time. I recently discovered that my A1 will print very detailed miniatures to a very high quality and because it's so reliable I can print them to order. It's now making me a tangible income with little effort. I started off with an ender3 back in 2018.

    Was in a hot n crazy toxic relationship with two baddies for 4 years. Ones name was Ender 3 V2 and the other CR6SE. One loved me when the other wanted nothing to do with me. I bought them both nice things, spent tons( I mean TONS) of time with both of them. And have finally replaced both with a Bambu A1 and A1 mini with ams lite. And don't ever see my self missing all the time spent on tweaking and such. Just hitting print and knowing at least 95% of the time it'll come out great! I am glad for the experience with the Creality machines so I can repair or at least know how to trouble shoot most other printers. But again fantastic leap in reliability plus the app/ community makes it soo much more worth it. It's like you get invited to the dark brotherhood or some sort of creative cult with wayyy too many goodies to actually print. Overwhelmingly awesome. Loved my ender 3v2 BTW IF You have owned one you understand it's like a subi head nod.

Next to the Bambu is my Ender 3 V3 plus and Ender 3 V3. Night and day difference unless you get slicer settings just right on creality then they do pretty well. Less tinkering Bambu. D@m you, where were you 8 months ago with this video. the opening 59 seconds summarized my whole 3d printing journey. Got an ender 3 knowing nothing about 3d printing. Thought it was just going to be load file print file. I thought it was going to be the one hobby i've acquired that was "plug and play" essentially. Everyone said "get the ender 3. Great price and great for beginners" You want to know how many prints i completed with my ender in 8 months? umm.....*plus 2.....*carry the 1.....oh yeah, not a dang one. I never even got past the bed leveling test print. I begrudgingly started learning. Really didn't have the bandwidth to learn another concept at the time, but i did my best. They tell you .01mm for the squish to be right. The width of a piece of paper. They said, the paper will barely start the nozzle. i hate that. I don't know what you feel becuase i'm a different person , and when your dealing with this precise a calibration its not as easy as one would think. So, after bed leveling frustration i bought a CR touch auto bed leveler. Then i couldn't get anything to stick to the plate. bought a glass plate and glue sticked it up. Didn't work. Then i upgraded the extruder to all metal. Spoiler alert, still no prints complete. Lost the SD card it came with. Not a big fan of others, even the ones it recommends. Had to start using software and USB to send prints. At this point i hadn't even wanted to start trying to learn everything on Cura. i finally had it a month ago, and i broke down and ordered a A1 with AMS. I did more with it in an hour than 7 months with the Ender. Screw what the OG printers say. I've actually learned 3d printing better with a printer that does all that stuff for me. the A1 didn't teach me, but it printed stuff which made me excited. Then i wanted to know how do i make it print faster, stronger, cleaner looking, etc. While researching all that i found a guide to properly level the ender 3 bed. All the others did not work and i see why now. Also figured out why the cr touch wasn't doing its job. I never added a line to the g code. I'm pretty sure i messed up the hot end on the ender. it wasn't spitting out filament and i got it clear after totally dissassembling i and cleaning it out. I did use a soldering iron to clear out the gunked up filament in the hot end. Thought i fixed it. Then tried to print again, and it spit out filament...sorta. I just bambu pooped a hot a liquid filament diarrhea. I thought, "I don't think its supposed to do that". That was the last time i used my ender and ordered my A1. I'm waiting on the new hot end and then i'm going to print something on the dam thing being more comfortable with slicing options and software. If i still can't get it to work, then i've already found a guide to turning your old ender into a PET bottle filament recycler. Rails, hot end, extruder, all of it will be the most expensive piece of recycling i've ever done, but at least it will be doing something. At this point it costs twice as much because of me upgrading

      Parcels to go or direct online with the post office. I can ship for about £5 if i do it online. If I go to the post office, it is 12 to 15 and 48 hours, not 24 hours. Sometimes, changing the size slightly of a product or making it pack flat for posting helps. But just make sure it's user-friendly still when the customer receives the product.

      It is less and you have a larger out of the box print volume.
      Do you really need anotherCore XY machine, would it be better to get two A1's?
      The A1 and the AMS lite have advantages over the P1's being a newer model.
      Such as pressure advance on the A1 , a better interface,touch screen
      Biggest out of the box print volume at the full 256 cubed.

    I bought 2 enders, one pro because it was $100 on sale and then another one. Shortly after because I was still smurfing upgrade parts for the first one when there was a Black Friday deal on the V2. Neo, but I got busy and never unboxed that one either and then the V3 SE dropped and I got that one because it was only $140 and I paid $240 for the V2 neo and the Z offset was giving me anxiety and hearing opinions like these about enders made me reluctant to even open the box so I was just doing loads of research then the V3 dropped and I got it for $140 like I said and I opened the box right away since it had all the upgrades I wanted to do to the first 2 enders I got and more and at nearly half the price.
    The V3 SE prints great right out of the box but I just picked up an A1 combo on the black Friday sale and it also prints nice and I love maker world too.
    But the V3 was actually easier to put together than my A1 and I was printing a test print faster.
    My A1 also gave me an error about the accelerometer on the very first print but the print finished fine.
    I was considering the P1 combo but I thought it was too soon to invest in a core XY machine especially with Bambu releasing a new flag ship soon.
    I was reluctant to get the A1 because of the waste with the AMS but I figured I will be waiting a while before a core XY with 4 nozzles is at a good price and the A1 was a good price at $425 on sale with a coupon.
    The new Enders since the V3 SE , KE and V3 are good since they have auto Z and direct drive but the A1 had a larger volume plus so many more features and the ecosystem so it was a no Brainer.

    Idk how someone can pick an ended 3 over an a1 mini with an argument to “learn” more about printers, you are forced to learn about your printer regardless and bambu makes creality look like a joke for the lower entry points

    • @somethingoutofnothing3D

      Fusion 360 is free for eligible startups that are less than 3 years old with 10 or fewer employees. Otherwise, it is $600 per year ($476 on sale now) for a single user license.

    Another evangelist of Bambu. You are just saying bs. You are comparing an old ender. Get the new enter 3 v3 plus it it by far better from the super hyped Bambus. Ask people that they have big farms Bambus are just super problematic.

      Shop nation's channel uses bambu p1s and has done an update video on his experiance with them which is worth a watch. I still want a Creality k1max at some point. I agree it isn't a fair comparison. I paid almost the same for my s1pro with the sonic pad as i did for the p1s, and i'd go for the p1s everytime. I supose i'd have to compare the a1 with the s1 pro. Whats your printer of choice?

    • @CharisPapas
      @CharisPapas 20 днів тому

      @@somethingoutofnothing3D There are far more farms that are not owned by UA-camrs. Just because someone makes a decision and showcases it on UA-cam doesn’t automatically make their experience genuine. No one truly knows what goes on behind the scenes between them and the companies they choose to collaborate with.
      As for me, I don’t have a specific favorite brand or preference. I’ve owned printers from Flashforge, Ankermake, Prusa, Anycubic, Qidi, Bambu, Creality, Artillery, Sovol, Elegoo, and Kingroon. From my experience-and based on feedback from people I know who operate farms-Bambu printers are good for home users and beginners, but they are overrated.
