Wow! These Chicago apartments are pleasantly surprising! I love Chicago and wouldn’t mind living there! Especially at these Great prices! Loved the blog
I like this one a lot more than the other $1500 video. Those last two apartments are the unicorns that I'm always too late to find because they go so quick, updated with room to invite people over and very close to the downtown area. The streeterville one is probably my favorite, idk if that was a covid special but idk how you can say no to all of that at the price.
Definitely think the third apartment is the best value with the views and additional amenities but the fourth one with that kitchen 😍 I think I would choose the 3rd one personally!
Omg I am in LOVE with the loft the last property! It’s so cool and would love to live there especially at like 1500$ a month in Chicago!? Super good deal in my opinion
Chicago is one of my favorite cities! 🌃 I honestly loved all three for all different reasons 😂 I’m never any help at making decisions like this! Following on TikTok and Instagram now too ❤️
I definitely loved the 3rd apartment. Is it furnished? Is it available? I need to rent an apartment in a Chicago for 12-16 months starting mid august. This one is one of my favorite styles. Can you please let me know? Thanks, Lipe
A lot of apartments in this price range have issues you don't see for 2 bedrooms or they're in a rougher area. Just got a 2 bedroom near west side with an uneven floor in the kitchen and spare bedroom for 1475. Still worth it imo. If it seems too good to be true, it is... or the property manager hates money.
Sometimes they list the price for each person in a shared roomate type of situation. I live near downtown and I really don't think that price is for the whole apartment. If I'm wrong, I would be really shocked.
It was filmed 8 months ago so it’s likely the prices have increased since then as the real estate markets everywhere are wild right now. I’ll make an updated one soon!
Thank you if you could do videos on sky rises and current prices on the market that are modern that would be really cool ! If not love ur videos anyway and thanks for such a quick reply !

@@alaasaleh6115 thanks so much! I have the next few videos already filmed but I will add that to the list! Love hearing suggestions. Thanks again for watching :)
Make another under 1500 Chicago video. I’m looking and I’m discouraged man. I want a apartment high rise with on site garage. I’ll have to find a roommate lol
That's not really realistic. A lot of these 1500 apartments will have issues you don't see. I just signed a 1475 a month 2 bedroom. Nice in the pictures, but half the unit has an uneven floor. Still worth it imo. What you're looking for is a deal at 2k + parking unless it's a studio. Then maybe 1800 plus 150 for parking.
@@bakerct90 yea, I work maintenance at a building down lake shore on Addison. 1500 ( after hoa dues ) for a studio. Old building. Like you said, it has problems. Amazing location. I don’t even make 1500 a check lol

Yeah it might've been a covid special but sometimes luck plays into finding the good ones

Totally agree! The third has amazing amenities and views but the last loft one is gorgeous! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!

The loft is so cool! Chicago has alot of unique apartments
South Loop is one of the best neighborhoods in Chicago, and America. I live here, and it’s pretty awesome.

Yes Chicago is so fun and often has some affordable rental options! Glad you like the video and thanks for following 💕
Don’t move here the crime and the car burglars are not worth it
Yay! Another Chicago video! These are great! A lot of really cool places!
Thanks so much! Glad you like it!
I love the last one, with a nice view and it has huge space for such amount. thanks for sharing.
thank you for taking the effort to fil this. It increased my knowledge and gave me a visual kick!

The last one definitely is the best

I’m from Chicago 1,500 goes long way. In Cali a studio apartment in okay area is 1,500 and that’s a good deal 😹😹😹
6:18 you said, “Miracle Mile”. It’s called Magnificent Mile. Great video.
The last one 👌🏽
Totally agree!
I love the timber frame loft but it would be better with a balcony.
Totally agree!
Wow, perfect video. Thanks!
Glad you liked it!
I love the one in Streeterville!
the third one looks amazing ..r u sure its only 1500?!

It said it was but it might've been an income restricted apartment. Not sure but did my best!
Thanks for the tips! That makes sense. They didn't list that in the posting but possibly. Thank you!
Where these prices only available during Covid last year?
