The whole first verse is how excited she is to visit this planet even though she knows little about humans; doesn't know if they're kind, if they've advanced as a civilization toward cybernetics etc. So, she wants to try ramen with the humans, dance with them under the moon to get to know them and build a peaceful relationship! But the Earthlings don't understand Miku's innocent intentions, they just see an unidentified flying object! Miku has to tell them, "Don't shoot me yet!" because they really have no idea why she's there. They just assume hostile intentions. Unfortunately, according to Miku, her real intentions were never understood. "My body language is not enough, I don't have telepathy" She can't convey her purpose there. (Edit: It's been brought to my attention that telepathy is also a trope in higher lifeforms in sci-fi; humans acting in prejudice?) "Can you hear me? Hey"
