Hi, I believe the map is not available online, sorry 😔. Regarding Sarande - From my point of view, Sarande is stunning, way nicer than Durres. If you are looking for a vacation home, I would invest in Sarande. However, it is heavily dependent on seasonality. If you are really looking into an investment with potential short-term rentals (via Airbnb, Booking), Durres is better because the occupancy rate is higher (pretty much throughout the year, not just booked out during summer like Sarande). Additionally, there is a huge investment going on in Durres right now. The company that built Burj Khalifa in Dubai is heavily investing in the city and moving the cargo dock kilometers behind Durres, turning the current port in Durres into a marina for yachts. The transformation of Durres will be unbelievable in 5 years, driving up the prices of all properties significantly. They are currently building a new promenade by the beach and a new railway connecting Tirana's international airport with Durres, reducing travel time to 30 minutes by train. It should be finished next year. So, Durres is definitely worth considering, but Sarande is beautiful! ☺️
Just how trendy should an area be so that you get a good ROI while having relatively lower competition so that you can market your listing and have people find it online? Tulum seems like it will be over -saturated with property rentals
I am here right now and it is pretty, with cool vibes.. but.. I feel there is a ridiculous over saturation of projects currently… our resort is nearly 80% empty in mid Feb (amazing place at an amazing price)

You are absolutely right. We felt the same way, it seems, that Tulum is over-saturated now.
