Sparky's Red Sauce

This is my take on a spicy red sauce like Tabasco, Cholula or Tapatio and is very simple to make using red chilies from either your garden or the dried ones from the store, or some combination of both as I have done here. Using an onion and garlic caramelized thickener, limes, salt and sugar, this is the simplest and most delicious of sauces, ready for your steak, sausages, vegetables or anything you like. And don't forget the Michelada!!!
