Often life feels grey, but I try to imagine myself walking through the grey, I won't always enjoy things I do, but they serve goals I have for myself, to become physically stronger more explosive etc; but I've found I've stagnated, though I still show up and put in time to weightlifting and martial arts, sometimes it feels as though I'm simply putting in time, not growing from the time spent. It is far better then not putting in the time, but I think I need to apply more intentionality to my mastery, I'm putting in the time, but I need to also put in the thought, the mindfulness.
Really good video, this and the power of solitude, think I might read some Musashi for myself.

I read the book of 5 rings over the past few weeks - Great book, potentially life changing if you actually initiate and consolidate the information. Looking forward to the journey after already implementing some small changes - now the consistency! :)

One video says you should be disciplined and don’t stop working the other one says don’t put much effort in because if your not burnt out your work more effectively one video says the art of not trying the other one says have discipline does he mean have both.

But samurai is not for a family man
Samurai is unmarried with disregard for family life
