Would love to hear your thoughts about the Lagun Table install.
I did mine the same location. For the top I went with 30"x40" this does hang over the cushions, but I just raise the table up at night and there's plenty of room for my feet. This gives us a bigger area for eating as well as working on two computer. It's made all the difference getting rid of the stock table. It was really cumbersome and in the way. Thanks for sharing.
We wanted a smaller table top to not take up so much room. Glad you enjoyed it.
Excellent mod!!! The lagun tables are so nice, they should just be standard in RVs.
We agree. 100% love it.
Very well done! I love the care you applied to this table project.
Cheers, Eric
Thank you.
Hi purchases e pro 15TB and used your instructions Lagan table install. Turned out great and adding additional brace support was on point. Will be doing sink stall later
Just another Deanna looking to install a lugun table in my camper! Thank you for posting this! It was exactly what I was looking for!
The swivel function allows you to place the table top touching the rear wall, so in your case creating a gap was not necessary. That would only be needed if the arm is not aiming exact 90° to the rear wall AND you want to turn the thing both ways around.
I myself are generally fighting to find a position in my van that is 100% aligned horizontally and vertically.
Wish you the best. Ours works perfect as we made it.
This was so helpful!!! I received my Lagun table and was looking at the pieces in the wrong order...thinking to myself "this doesn't seem right". :)
Hope you got it figured out.
Love your videos. I'm picking up my 15tb in 6 months. Looking forward to more videos!
Thank you
Thank you both truly for making these videos for these lil campers.
Thank you for the support
Thank goodness for the idea, person.
Thanks for all the info did the table also same usb ports. Fun project with your help.
Glad we could help
Nice one! I've been bugging my wife about that trailer for like 2 years now and it's finally on our top 3. We're n a teardrop now, upgrading soon but still tiny like the 15TB or a Basecamp. The first time I saw a Lagun I immediately said "...and that will go in my 15TB someday..."
You know what might be interesting, how about a table top 2.0 that incorporates an extension leaf? Like double over your top with some sort of hidden hinge and the struts slide out from the bottom half. I could prolly iterate through a dozen designs I've seen over the years on old tables with leaf extensions. Maybe take a look at a few for ideas to borrow if the idea intrigues you at all?
Interesting idea. Thank you.
I love it and while I love that it goes down, can you both comfortably eat there? it looks a bit small...
Yes we can.
Nice table install, thanks for sharing. PLEASE pull the staples out holding the wire in the back, and replace with insulated staples. Like you said, vibration when driving will wear the insulation on the wires and could present a fire hazard (especially when driving, but could be anytime the circuit has power). -Rick
Thats the low voltage wire for the 12v usb plugs. Not too worried about that with these. But thank you for the advise.
@@TheSierraLife It’s not the voltage that is the issue, it’s the current, and the short circuit current would likely be enough to ignite a fire.
Intéressant
Thinking about doing this in my 19fbs!
Do it. We love ours.
Awesome video! Excellent Idea!
Thank you.
Going to do a similar mod to my 15TB. I'm going to install it on the "passenger side" so I can swivel it completely out of the way. I'm a solo camper so it makes more sense for me. I love my 15TB! Great video.
Love how versatile it is. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
Great idea!
Well done video great job thank you !
Very nice - and thank you for your service.
Thank you kindly
Would love to see your sleeping arrangements after any modifications
Full tour video coming soon.
Yes not really sure the point of changing the table was
This gave us better functionality inside the rig. Table can be moved out of the way and used when needed. The original table with the unit was very bulky / in the way when we didn’t need it.
@@TheSierraLife Agreed! That large table in such a small rig is a bit much. I guess for people who like the king bed, it's helpful.
Planning to build two single beds and do something similar for table. Can you tell the width size of your beds;
Little narrower than a twin bed.
Neat idea - informative video! We just bought this very same camper, so I love seeing the things you have done to yours! Where did you get those CUTE striped storage containers up in the netted storage compartment above the table? That's a good use of that space and they add a really nice pop of color to the camper! Could you please provide a link for them above, or tell me the dimensions of them so I could try to find something similar? Thank you!
Thanks. Here are the ones she got for this - Sorbus Foldable Storage Cube Basket Bin, Vertical Stripe Line Pattern (6 Pack, Aqua) www.amazon.com/dp/B071G1HX77/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_H2ZTNE93E0MM8DR07CKN
Awesome Mod! Could you please measure your bed for me when it's in the king sleeping position.....Thanks so much
Larger than a normal king.
Genius!!!!
Thank you.
Would help if backing wood was bigger and went from top to bottom for rigidity
To reduce corner pokes consider larger radius corners.
All corners are rounded fully. No corner pokes are happening with this table top. If you like larger radius corners, you can absolutely do that.
Great video - thanks, One key measurement is what is the thickness of the board that allows the slide mechanism to clear the counter top?
Not sure exactly what you are referring to?
I am wondering the same thing. It looks like a 2x4 but wondering if we are right. We are referring to the piece of wood you mounted the table bracket to. Thanks
Nice work! Are you still able to install the table that came with it in between the twin beds so you can have a queen size sleeping space if you want? TIA
No not with the mount. We do not setup as a single bed. That’s why this works for us.
Well done
Thank you.
Semper Fi Marine!
Semper fi
What did you make the white block out of that holds the mount further off the wall?
GREETINGS! The Lagun that you ordered from Patriot woodworks.......was it the 19.5" or the 27.5 " in length? Thank you.
The table top came from The Patriot Wood Works. Not the bracket. Yes we went with 19.5” x 27.5”
I would put an l bracket on it like a shelf. Bracket that will stiffen it up.
Question. I think I would have made the table long enough to cover the mount. Do you find that you bump that part when you have it in the down position?
You could. We do not bump it.
Great idea! Does the table lock into positions so it doesn't rotate when traveling?
Yes
Metal, staples on those wires? Why not use zip ties around the support ?
Which model of Lagun table did you install on your 15tb? I noticed different ones available. Also, is there a place for a better price or just go ahead and order from Lagun for $199? Help appreciated, Enjoy your vids.
We linked to the one we got in the description. Seems to be the best price. For the top - Https://thepatriotwoodworks.com hooked it up. They ship all over the US as well.
@@TheSierraLife Thank you! Didn't you also do a vid showing how to remove the microwave in the 15tb? If so, could you direct me to it. KEEP UP the good job. Your presentations are much clearer and easier to follow than many others. That's coming from a former Public Speaking teacher.
We have a 20FBS, 2022 Geo Pro brand new..THEY JUST HAVE A FOLDING TABLE THAT IS BEHIND THE COUCH , and it is very heavy to get out to use. And you take a chance of tearing your couch, and scratching the wall.. how Dum is This. It is free standing . That alone is crazy 🤪 I need someone to help me figure out, if and how we can have a table to Eat at . If we can have a Lagun table or one that have the legs in the floor.. I should NOT BE HAVING TO TRY AND FIGURE THIS OUT 🙄, I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND UPSET..IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO ABOUT THIS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR IDEAS 💡 THANK YOU
I would have to look up the floor plan and see where one could go in that model.
We've just started watching your videos - we're in the process of buying a G15TB. Good content, but I'd like to make one VERY minor suggestion - look at the camera, not at yourself in the viewer. It's kinda distracting. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to your adventures.
Thank you.
Where did you get your decals on the back of the trailer?
Friend of our made it custom for us.
@@TheSierraLife I love it!
Do you make the table tops and how much
We don't our sister company ThePatriotWoodWorks.com does. Depends on the wood selection and size +Shipping location. Send them a message for details.

Can I rent your husband to come install mine?
