I think Earthbound would be my dream series for Arin and Dan to play. I see that Brian and Ross played through a good chunk of it ages ago but boy howdy would I love to see how Dan reacts to the enemies and random bits of dialogue.

the best part is how even after using the move that gives his character the counterattack status like a dozen times Arin still thinks its supposed to also attack on top. it very obviously has never done this, and yet Arin is yet to understand how regular attacks cost HP, and buffs and spells cost money. it's the same as basically any jrpg fighting system made by Atlus.

Horror games are my favorite from the Game Grumps, so I agree with the people in the comments expressing disappointment at the lack of spookiness this season. That being said, it is still THEIR channel, and they can do whatever they want on it. People are being so harsh that they forget Arin and Dan do not owe us anything. We are their audience, not their bosses.
For something that's not too scary but appropriately spooky you guys you play Slay The Princess! Only downside is that there's a lot of voiced dialogue (that's really good! It completes the whole thing tbh) so i don't know how it would collaborate with commentary... But also. Pretty princesses
