I played little league baseball with Anthony and currently best friends with his cousin. My dad was the coach for our little league team and Anthony was one of the sweetest kids I knew. He was a shy little kid always wanting to learn from others and had great manors as a kid. It surprised me to hear what happened but I believe he deserves a second chance. He still looks the same! He DEFINITELY deserves a second chance. 60 years for a young 14 year old kid, murder or not, is just extreme on this guy’s circumstances. He legit does seem as he is wanting a better life. Whats his last name? I was wanting to read more into his case. My opinion wont change, just wanted to know know more. He has my support 100% we only get 1 life, most 14 yr old kids deserve another chance. Not everyone is raised in the right environment. I legit believe this young man would get out of prison and do quite well in society.

This was heartbreaking. My dads murderer just came up for parole. The hearing was brutal. I hated his murderer for 20 years. For 20 years, I had this dark cloud following me until his parole hearing. His parole hearing I heard about his upbringing, his outlook in life. He killed my dad, a complete stranger, just because he was mad about life. I never thought I could forgive him... but I did. He did not get parole this time, but when he comes back up for it in 5 years, he will more than likely be paroled, and I will be ok with it. I hope this young man also gets a second chance. The person who killed my dad was also young. He is also doing things behind bars to better himself.
    Please keep us all updated.

@leticiao3672 - wow, what an incredibly powerful post. Thank you so much for sharing such a painful story, yet one that can help others see a side we rarely get to see. Your words articulate what so many people struggle with when it comes to cases like this. There are always both sides, and both sides experience incredible pain, each for their own reasons. We have worked with a few victims' family members over the years and what we gained from those conversations will never leave us. Like you, several of the people we worked with said they were filled with hate for so many years that it nearly killed them. Like you, they somehow found a way to forgive. They told us that was when they finally learned to live again. We know that isn't possible for everyone, and we understand that, too. Again, thank you so very much for sharing your story. Even though we didn't know him, we like to think your father would be very proud of the incredible way you've been able to honor his memory.

In no way am I excusing his crime, however, it’s mind boggling to me that r*pist or people charged with any child p*rn rarely get this amount of prison time. Even after being charged multiple times in separate incidents. Allegedly, a 20 something year old woman was just charged with stabbing her bf to 💀while on drugs & was charged 6 years. Insane.

We've seen it time and time again. Yet, there are others who give up once they are behind bars and fall into the same bad patterns they did on the outside that got them in trouble in the first place. We don't have the answers, but those who can remain positive and find a way to better themselves behind bars always seem to do much better once they're released. Normally I wouldn’t leave a comment with 3k+ preceding comments, because it probably won’t be read, and will just echo many other comments. Yet I must comment for this remarkable man. He is genuine, humble, respectful, optimistic, remorseful, grateful, empathetic, productive, warm, youthful and radiant. Prison hasn’t hardened or embittered his spirit. This sentence is tragic, but incarceration is clearly the best thing that could’ve happened to him. His mother must be so proud of her son’s reformation. I want a son like him. I am praying for his well-earned release. Our society needs this man.

@PinkHypatia - Thank you for taking the time to watch Anthony's story and comment. He has indeed taken the worst situation and done his best to try and make something good of it. Ultimately, he hopes once he's released he can speak to other kids about staying away from the dangers that led to this horrible tragedy. Ultimately, if he can help prevent anyone else from going through all the pain his and his victim's family has gone through, his work will have meant something. We appreciate you watching and commenting.

lets analyse the lies which are world wide believed and origin from masons:
lie: schools are of use (fact. schools keep slavery alive and stands for dumbing down the population of mankind)
lie: moon and mars landings, (fact: even masons know they cannot leave - earth is closed system, unless you want to drown, there is no other place created for us to live in.)
lie: news channels share truth (fact: these are for politic propaganda)
lie: voting matters (fact: politic propaganda)
lie: money has a value of its own (fact: it is just a tool of this world, which value has been agreed upon world wide, it should be not loved, only used as needed.)
lie: NASA lies (globe and all....) (fact: NASA stands for TO DECEIVE and 2 members expose their own lies, one is still alive, the other (Wernher Von Braun) place a clear clue on his own gravestone) - you havn´t searched - have you?
lie: the lgbtq++++ propaganda (fact: it is a part of masonry depopulation agenda, 500 000 000 souls, thats their goal - Georgia Guidestones!)
lie: Evolution and the dinosaurs. (fact: mankind is not hybrid kind)
to keep stating that there was an evolution, then we ain´t humans, we aint then mankind, we are then hybrids. Are you a hybrid?
Lie: holidays (xmas, Halloween, new year eve and so on) (fact: PAGAN HOLIDAYS, to praise BAAL, the god of this world)
lie: U.F.Os (fact: they are demons/evil spirits in high places, against whom we fight daily = spiritual warfare)
lie: rules and laws rule the world (fact: signs and symbols of masonry do)
lie: believe in being educated (fact: found daily living with the lack of knowledge)
lie: religions are ways to heaven (fact: JESUS CHRIST is only way to heaven. Religions, no matter its name = masonic garbage)
lie: our dead loved ones stay around to “ghost” (fact: hunting and ghosting is job of demons, not of humans. We, humans, come from GOD and return back to HIM and all the stories of having been seen a ghost - terrifying, scary, dark, cold - again no job of analysing been done here by you- right?)
Lie: Humans have no immune system and we need vaccines as these save lives (fact: humans HAVE IMMUNE SYSTEM and vaccines are created for one or two purpose: to kill or to cripple. If you took all their poison shots then later in life comes all kinds of medical diagnoses = vaccines crippled you - remember that)
lie: there is no GOD (fact: There is GOD, who redeems sinners and created us directly from the dust of the earth: Psalms 139:14 (KJV)
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.)
to keep claiming that there is no GOD and we aint created directly from the dust of the earth, we soon run out logic, regardless to we place “evolution” in our claims or not and our dead, whats happening to them as they sleep in their graves? - they decay away, becoming the dust form which they were taken, if it ain`t so then we are simply reality deniers.
lie: 911 was terror attack (fact: 911 was an inside job, meaning the work of your loved government)
lie: Tv watching is of use (fact: television (TV) = tell a lie vision, a weapon for our minds, keeping it under MK ULTRA)
half lie/half truth: earth is a stage where everyone plays rolls (fact: earth is stage, a freemasonry checkerboard, where both side, black and white are masons and humans both in politics and regular souls = the naive public gets daily played)
lie: children are government to raise (fact: children are parents to raise, it takes 2 to make them, it takes 2 to raise them).
Lie: we live already in the matrix (fact: we live since birth in BABYLON which is to become “matrix” as Man - us, must merge with machine aka take the mark of the beast and then matrix aka false reality becomes to be 100%)
lie: humans are not intelligent enough (fact: it is forgotten fact, we all are intelligent, many have suffered the illness from this world, being indoctrinated by masons, cause who give us the school system which we have? masons did, because they need slaves.
Lie: love is low standard and = lust (fact love is high standard as love means>
      John 15:13
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Lie> do what thy wilt there is no body who has the right to judge you (fact> GOD SHALL JUDGE YOU AFTER YOU HAVE DEPARTED ON EARTH and Christians are also called to give out righteous judgment, therefore repent * born again * go and sin no more)
lie: slavery is over (fact: slavery was never over, it just changes a little as we are no longer buy`d or sold, still prepared through school systems for our future slavery, succumb to our slave lives based on our free will)
24 lies, should i go on?
This world ain´t deceived, out there to deceive?

Heavy-handed retribution doesn’t give victims too much clarity. If you lost a loved one, you’d be in too explosive a psychological state to make a rational decision about the sentence of your murderer for the greater good of society and for your long-term happiness.
While everyone has free will or maybe an alternative practical variant of it depending on your philosophical position and should indeed take responsibility for their own actions, that responsibility does not extend to literally bending to the dark, unstable emotions of cruel, vile resentment.
On that note, it’s important to consider the role social systems, conditions, and history itself plays in the formative development of criminals and their parents.
Prison conditions can contribute to recidivism, discriminate against minorities, especially those in poverty, and ruin the lives of people who don’t decide to offend - as medical and healthcare access decreases

A lot of women start dating a guy and he's super smooth and well spoken. Heck, sometimes they marry him, and only find out they are an abuser or even serial killer (and still actively killing) years later.
It's almost impossible to judge someone based off a 1 hour interview. You have to live with them for years before you even catch a glimpse of the real deal. If it was so easy to judge people, then all these hundreds of thousands of women wouldn't marry abusers or get murdered by their partners.
I believe people are too quick to judge. Not even my mom or my wife totally understands what I am, and I don't fully understand my mom or my wife. For example, I just found out last year that my dad doesn't like sweets, and I'm almost 40 years old. He never told me he doesn't like sweets, ever. You learn something new about someone even after 39 years. You definitely can't know everything important about a person in 1 hour.

He murdered someone, but he deserves a 2nd chance? In accordance with God's Word, the penalty for murder is death,. I understand that most don't know His Word or agree with it, but that doesn't make the Word wrong. Considering that he didn't get a death sentence, he already received grace. With that said, I know there are others who were older, who did the same and were let out sooner, but that's an injustice. Letting him out would be another injustice. If God has changed his heart, and it appears such may have happened, then he is already getting a second chance. If his heart was changed and if he knows and confesses that Christ died for his sins, he'll not only get to experience that second chance at life, he will be enjoying far more than most people who never spend a single day in a jail cell on this side of life. What I'm saying isn't going to be popular amongst most people of the world, but it's true. This young man isn't dumb, despite the so-called IQ. Instead of showing any accountability, he deceitfully leads the listener into hearing what he wants them to hear, so that they'll gather that he was just some innocent kid who was taken advantage of and victimized. Some of that may be true, but he made a lot of wrongful choices on his own. In this day and age, where those who defend God's Word are ridiculed, and criminals are defended and rewarded, I would not be surprised at all if someone would tell me that he's going to be let out soon or is already out. I still need to finish the rest of this video and look up more details, as this is first time I've heard this story and I'm only at the 27 min mark of this video. Nonetheless, I'm still going to stick by saying that I'll lean on God's Word to guide me in the way I look at things.

If he has a chance of parole and he has a clean record, no longer is evaluated as a threat to society, they sometimes do lower the sentencing overtime, however, if he was tried for murder, especially if it was premeditated murder where he lacked remorse afterwards, he would still get the punishment he originally got for murder. Parole is offered to those who genuinely make a certifiable transformation, but you can’t be tried for the same crime twice, that’s actually illegal. He can however spend his time in jail going after an appeal and many people do start studying law books in prison, so they learn if they’re able to and how.

I’m not saying that he shouldn’t be up for review. But I am saying there’s a legal way of doing this and we can’t just say what would make sense to us one. That’s actually illegal in for good reasons. You wouldn’t want someone who is declared innocent to go to trial again would you? An actual retrial would put the real victims families back in a stressful position and that would be wrong and stressful to anyone who’s had to go through a court case to put their loved ones murderer behind bars to think that there would be a possibility that they would have to go through the whole tedious process again, and again, and again, and again.

One of my late uncles got remarried and then we had to help his wife flee the country for fear of her life. It isn't immediately clear to everyone that family are abusive. Violent people don't always show their ugly side.
I'm not saying this person is a bad person. I'm saying we don't know simply with an interview. If one interview was enough to tell if a person has a good heart, then nobody would have married my uncles. Sometimes, you don't know a person's true nature until after living with them for 2, 3, sometimes even 5 years.

God is good but god remembers everything and you will be judged for your choices. Yeah god is forgiving but I don’t understand why so many of yall feel the need to support the perpetrator. What about the damn family of the deceased what about the person that’s in a grave. What’s wrong with you? Shame on you for including god into this. God don’t like this wtf are u talking about he’s happy with him? lol u act like you can personally talk to god and he told you that. Absolutely zero sympathy for the family or the deceased… didn’t even mention them. Literally ridiculous. I get it you find the guy attractive just say that and move on. All this extra stuff is corny and honestly weird. You don’t know this guy at all. You clearly don’t understand prison life OR prisoners. They’re some of the most manipulative ppl on the planet. And people like you who don’t even know them end up sending money and valuable things to them 9 times out of 10 they use drugs and are still involved with gangs behind the walls. That’s what you don’t see. What they portray to the public and families is not how they really live. You haven’t been in the system to know what I’m talking about. I have. There’s a difference.

Martin Anthony Villalon Jr., known to his friends and family as Anthony, is 19 years old. He resides in the Wabash Correctional Facility in Indiana - a prison well known for housing some incredibly violent and aggressive offenders. He was 15 when he was arrested in connection with the shooting of another teenager named John Shoulders. Though the DNA recovered from the crime scene did not match Anthony or the other person accused of the offense, he was subsequently convicted of murder and sentenced to 60 years. The prosecution’s case was based on eyewitness testimony.
The other individual charged with committing the crime, Prevaun McDaniel, was acquitted in adult court. The case against both boys was equally as weak, but McDaniel’s defense attorney fought hard in the court room for his client. He meticulously debunked the prosecution’s cases, piece by piece. He discredited alleged witnesses who were admitted gang members and likely had nefarious motives for lying to police about the shooting. McDaniel’s attorney systematically answered every question the jury could possibly have about his client and as a result of this painstaking approach, McDaniel is free.
Anthony was not nearly as fortunate. His attorney showed up to the trial, but he did not put on a defense that came close to rivaling that of McDaniel’s. In fact, a number of people waited in the halls of the courthouse to testify on Anthony’s behalf - including his grandmother, Cheryle. None of the people who could verify Anthony’s alibi, or speak to his character, were called to testify. Additionally, because these people anticipated they would testify, they were not allowed into the court room to observe the testimony of others.
Cheryle was present at the trial of Prevaun McDaniel, however. She credits the avoidance of a wrongful conviction in McDaniel’s case to his attorney. “His lawyer fought like it was his kid on trial,” she explained to me. “He pounced on every lie, every conflicting testimony, every witness…every flaw was discussed. Every time the prosecutor came up with something the lawyer jumped on it and tore it apart.” She went on to explain that even though his attorney was working for free, “he fought like he was being paid very well.”
The eyewitness testimony did not include anyone who observed the actual shooting. Instead, it consisted of a colorful array of characters. First there was Sergio “Outlaw” Rosa. Rosa admitted in court he was a gang member - belonging to the Latin Kings. He alleged that the day after Shoulders was shot, Anthony and Prevaun told him they committed the murder. He said they did it because Shoulders was the member of the Vice Lord street gang.
Another eyewitness was less certain about Anthony’s involvement in the murder. (….)

The only "intent" you could say there was to that, is the: "He could or should have known that this or that ould happen", which is nowhere even CLOSE to PLANNING to kill someone. Now I do not know if you believe killing a baby is worse than killing an adult, but if you DO think so, you are in the wrong: murder is murder, age is 100% irrelevant.

I don’t like how the interviewer kept interrupting/correcting him when he’d answer her questions. I think Anthony is genuinely a good person. I’m not condoning his crime, but I do believe he’s sincere and remorseful. I know he misses his mom and family, but I agree that he doesn’t need to return anywhere near that environment, even for a visit. I think the streets will be calling or have a hit on him. His family can always visit him. I agree with him in that juveniles should be kept separate from the adult system. They weren’t adults when the crimes were committed and age doesn’t always equate to maturity. Seeing other kids get out must be tough. I hope he doesn’t get discouraged. I really hope he can be released soon. He’s going to need a strong network to get him on the right track to become the productive man I know he hopes to be.

@AskMeK2 - Thank you for bringing this up. The reason we ask interviewees to answer questions in full sentences is because usually, these interviews are used for TV shows and films where the audience won't hear our questions. The questions are edited out during production and only the person being interviewed is heard. If audiences don't hear the question, the answers can sometimes be confusing. Therefore, all producers are taught to ask the people being interviewed to state their answers in full sentences. Our UA-cam videos are what we call "raw footage" so this is why you hear the interviewer asking him to repeat things. Trust us, it's not comfortable for us either, but it's what happens behind the scenes in almost every documentary interview. You just normally don't get to see it! Hopefully this helps answer your question, and thank you for allowing us to explain!

    • @cobracommander9138
      @cobracommander9138 9 місяців тому +2

Do you really not know anything of how they do these interviews so they can sound nice and smooth after editing. This is the raw interview. How the sausage is made isn't pretty.

@@CalamariProductions I understand this, but for these types of interviews, it seemed to hurt the picture he was trying to depict. Prior to being asked to do this, he seemed comfortable with the interviewers presence and was answering questions openly and honestly, showing his true character. You can see and feel his demeanor change, as he was trying to remember to answer the questions in full sentences. He seemed far less genuine, as though he was answering questions the way he wants a future court to see. It came off very scripted, which seems more troublesome than helpful. Very robotic. If the point is to show that he deserves a second chance, that he has changed his life, a raw depiction of his character and emotion would have been better in my personal opinion. Probably why I'm not a producer.
