Very safe than manila. Peaceful and fresh air. People of Glan, are mostly Roman Catholic, No threat from any Terrorist or what so ever. very safe. It is one of the most progressive place in sarangani province.
@plonker00765: yup.. I've been to Kiamba for many times since I have relatives there.. Have been to Tuka beach? It is actually a fish sanctuary that there are no fishermen allowed. It is perfect for snorkeling that you can say how amazing to be in the Philippines...
@lenardalbert cheers,i have been to kiamba, probably as far south as you can go in the philippines, i found it an amazing place, very beautiful an the people very friendly, the beaches around there are crystal clear, a man could very easily retire to a place like that. i loved the place, very clean too.
are you going here in Glan? If yes, there's no need for a bus, you can ride a passenger van for 80.00, travel time is 45 minutes to 1 hour. The van terminal was located beside KCC Mall of Gensan. If your going to Gumasa Beach you can ride a single motorcycle or a tricycle, which you can find when you reach the Glan Terminal. The fare would be depending upon you and the driver. You can talk about the price and ask him to bring you to whatever beach in gumasa you wanted to go.
It's really safe... and when you travel there, you will encounter series of check points of AFP... that's why I can say it's really safe... Thanks for the comment..
nope... it's not dangerous as what you thought... before reaching here, you will pass different Muslim communities.. and all of them are friendly... try to visit Saranggani Province and be amazed...
wow!ganda talaga ng hometown ko,,,am coming home soon,,magtampisaw talaga ako jan....:-)
