I used 2.5yards for this project
Length of long rope strap- 60inches
Come down from your skirt waistline by 1inch to eliminate rumples

To achieve a butt lift illusion, Add zipper allowance of 0.5inch just on the hipline area for the back panel
.
Connect to your waist then your kneeline… Pause the video on the skirt so you will have a glimpse of what I’m trying to say
