Physiotherapy is where you go to a physiotherapist if you have any muscle problems or if you have any aches or pains that aren't obvious what the source is. The physiotherapist is trained to examine the body by doing various stretches in the place that is of concern. Basically they go off of your own pain reading. If they stretch out the part and it hurts more than it should, then they can make their diagnosis. Whether it be a pulled muscle by doing sports, or a broken arm by skateboarding, the physiotherapist knows how to handle it. I would know because my dad is a Frontline worker as a physiotherapist. Hope this explains 🥰

Just had to share ASMR has gone mainstream in the US. Television series LAs finest starring Jessica Alba and Gabrielle Union... One of the main characters in the show is an ASMRtist!!!!! Emma this is because of you ,you are one of the founders!!! Had to share. 10 years ago I tried to explain ASMR to people and they looked at me like I was a fruitcake how exciting to to have such exposure.
I've been needing to set up an appointment with a physiotherapist for weeks, I take this video as a sign I should get on with it! Thank you Emma for the relaxing magic
I saw a physio for a short time to address some damage in my neck. Just doing these little exercises with you at the start made my neck feel happier. I'll consider this my official reminder to get back into the exercises 🥰

To be honest Mrs Emma, i didn't even know what physiotherapy was until i watched this. So i assume this deals with head pains/trauma or body pains and stress? Either way, i can say that your voice is the perfect medicine for healing. Also i like that you made the typing sounds pleasant to the ear cuz those can be unbearable if it's the wrong person doing them. yes! you go see a physiotherapist when you have injuries that have to do with your muscles, joints, and overall body functioning. a lot of these injuries (as far as i know) are caused by work or sport!

I used to work with physiotherapists and also my brother finishes his 1st year of physiotherapy major in uni, and they're usually more upbeat and energetic (when focusing on encouraging the patients to move and being more active, a bit like in a gym) and less calming and soothing, so it was refreshing to see. Also, as an Occupational therapist, I was wondering if you'll make an OT appointment video too, that would be interesting (especially sensory interventions!)

I do data entry and watch your videos on my super busy days and they help stay me calm. This one definitely helped and kept reminding me to sit up straight. Also I now have to get that heating pad to help with my chronic shoulder and neck pain.
Can you imagine being in a doctors office & them giving you this attention, a beautiful heat pad (that you can take home if you wish) scented candle, massage etc, all in a soft gentle voice ? Thanks Emma xx

💜 Hello my lovely sweet Emma 💜 I hope you’re doing well. Why do I get this feeling that this is going to be more relaxing than my physical therapy appointments? 🤣 I’m just trying to stay cool today. It’s around 88°F (around 31°C) right now. It actually got a little warmer yesterday. We’re in the middle of a little heatwave right now so we’re all just relaxing and trying to stay cool. I had trouble sleeping last night due to it being so warm, tonight will probably be the same. But it’s always nice to relax to a new video from you. 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 Can you do more outside videos like you did in the garden with the birds and woods? I feel like people can get a sense of clam and nature there really missing that was your best video yet so so so relaxing. You could do one with ocean waves and several different Like jungle, ocean, birds again loved it so so much!!!!!! Just listen to it again
