Very far away from the city. Price 65k is too high. No big commercial malls and shopping nearby. I have seen this. It takes 20 years for Mokila to develop. He is selling hope. Don’t fall prey to the marketing.

False boom in hyd now bubble bursted. No sales now. Truth is so much land there inside ringroad and it takes 10 years to populate inside ring road. This is outside. Takes so much time. 35 is reasonable if it is aparna. Other mokila plots 20-25 is no risk price. Other areas 20 or below. Else buyers to suffer with big loans.
