I lived in North Dakota for a year (now closer to STL) and they always did this whenever there was a blizzard. I’m surprised this isn’t a standard thing to do.
so , where is the Bomb ? just like Atmospheric River..are there any Atlanta Creeks or Streams.. what are you going to call those heavier and lighter snow storms ?
I'm Sorry I don't feel sorry for any of these Guys going off into the Ditch. It's not Necessary. As a Truck Driver of 23 Years. I See this all the Time. There are the Police and Medical Personel and Drivers that are Forced Dispatch which they can't say no to the loads Even under Extreme Conditions .(they can they quit) But I See way to much needless Traffic with Most Malls are jam packed because that's where I deliver to and Grocery Store. Hats off to My current Employer because they Cancelled many loads due to this Weather. If you must be on the Roads drive safe don't Tailgate Stay away from Big Trucks and Have Energent Supplies on Board incase Something Happens. Stay Safe
As an RN, I must relieve my coworkers that have been working way too many hours already …someone has to take care of the patients. Some of us have to go out in it
@purplemountmaj5622 As a Retired EMT I understand this. But as a Current Truck Driver I See a lot of Places these folks go even in a Blizard. During this Period of time Malls and Grocery Stores are Packed. No Joke. My Best to You and Your Fellow Nurses. Stay Safe. Drive slow and Park it when needed
