Those "gouges"; Did you later find out they just rub off? Thinking it's just material built up and not scratches into the material. Like there was a protective film during the forming and it was removed and it's simply residue. Just asking for future advice. I'm scared as heck too but that's about 9 months away to get to that.
no, they didn't. But honestly, I haven't thought about them again. It's just something that when you're building, you want to start without scratches. But no big deal. They are located on the interior side of the windshield, so they go unnoticed. If they were on the exterior, I would probably see them much more.
