Good info about the Falls descent. Riders not holding their line going down here does my head in. And to the idiot who dropped a banana peel half way down Falls in 2020, wake up to yourself your poor disposal of that banana caused a crash.

Great tips would you advice staying in zone 2 and 3 first 150 - 180km then ramp up upper zones. Not burning all your candles the first 2/3
