Thank you for this series. it's just what beginners need to see to start their dreams. Thank you for the transparency. There is nothing like this on UA-cam. I wish you reach a million subscribers soon 😊
This was an awesome series. I’m nowhere near in a spot where I can begin opening up a barbershop, but it’s still my dream to get to the point you’re at now. You’ve inspired me to full send getting my barber license and opening up a shop! Thank you Sean!
You know what would of made the shop even more 🔥 painting the ceiling tiles black i feel like thats the only thing missing. Regardless it looks good bro
I’ve read a lot of posts on this from years ago, I figured I’d ask myself and get feedback from present time. I have the money to lease out a commercial property, remodel and make an appealing stunning shop compared to the ones in my area.(suburbs just outside of downtown Chicago). How hard is it to fill out 5-10 chairs on booth rent in the first year? I understand this would require barbers with their own clientele already and some experience. How long do barbers stay at shops on average if treated well? Main question is how difficult would it be to find and have licensed people rent from you in a brand new shop in a good location?
It can be done but honestly I’m having trouble finding those already licensed barbers with clientele to fill mine. I’d definitely source some barbers that are interested before starting on it all
how do you you guys handle new clients like walk-ins when everyone charges a different price also when someone calls do you tell them each barbers price and their availability?
Do you guys think it’s harder for barbers to find jobs once they get out of barber college? Or do you think this business is growing and needs more barbers?
@@Seancutshair Ik its more powerful that the standard I notice that when I got the kit. I’m not saying that I’m sayin it’s not keep the same power and speed. when I’m cutting it starts off powerful n as I’m cutting the motor power n speed start to decrease
Its good to see you're still responding to comments and Babyliss didn't change you (but it did only for the better)..... much love bro 🤙🏽🙏🏽

I don’t cut hair myself.

Sean how did you find so many barbers for new shop?
Moved 5 from the old shop, will be slowly adding one every few months
Where will you find them? What do you usually do?
how do you you guys handle new clients like walk-ins when everyone charges a different price also when someone calls do you tell them each barbers price and their availability?
We have a walk in price that everyone charges for a walk in
Do you guys think it’s harder for barbers to find jobs once they get out of barber college? Or do you think this business is growing and needs more barbers?
Definitely need more barbers!
How do find barbers for the shop?
