Sir if on colour printout then show black vertical line ..but if black and white printout then don't show any vertical line ...what is the problem sir..?? Suggest me ..if possible then give contact no..model no hp cp1025nw

now you can running calibrate printer inside printer full software install Toolbox for clean toner, then you try check all image drum has line or not or try to open and clean out wast power. sorry for contact No. Now i stay at Cambodia
