    As usual, pretty good. Would be better if you were in the camera for the throws and/or you had a clock to verify it is uncut. I know, I know, your don't cut your videos. But not everybody knows that. I wished you had not gone to patreon. I Liked it much better the old way before patreon. It just felt real, back then before you switched. Patreon is just not for me. Regardless, good to see you. Your old stuff is classic.

    SOR is a good metric if you don't understand dice influence.
    If you're not counting some 7s, you aren't training correctly. Every 7 is because you didn't throw correctly.
    Just because it happens to have occurred after 2 of the same numbers (point + point made) doesn't make it special. It's a 7. You effed up. Practice more!

    • @tym8091
      @tym8091 3 роки тому

      Actually if you did throw correctly an all 7 set, 7s are because you are throwing correctly.

    • @yodasoja2011

      @@tym8091 definitely! But most DCs are not throwing the All 7s during practice. And even then, SRR would still be better for tracking how consistent you are than SOR

    • @tym8091
      @tym8091 3 роки тому

      @@yodasoja2011 As a DC, I enjoy practicing all sets, 7 set included. Helps win a lot of come out rolls. Or if you want to change your set when your go-tos aren't working well with the table (bad dice or bad mechanics that day), you can avoid the 7 by playing that set, so I'd have to disagree with you that most don't practice that set, and if they aren't: THEY ARE PRACTICING WRONG!

    • @EastCoastCraps
      @EastCoastCraps 3 роки тому

      The all 7 set is not to be underestimated...

    • @yodasoja2011
      @yodasoja2011 3 роки тому +1

      @@tym8091 holy crap, how did this turn into a discussion of the All 7s set? My point is SOR is dumb if you're a true DC.
      Are you seriously using SOR when you practice the All 7s set? Wouldn't SRR be infinitely more informative because it tells you exactly how often you're rolling on-axis?
      Also, if you're trying to be a discreet DC like BT here, I don't think nailing a 7 over and over is how you keep attention off yourself. And besides, if you're that good at staying on-axis, you make more money working place bets than the even money pass winnings. And if that's what you're doing, Box SRR is the metric to be looking at.

    Bone Thrower, I respect you and all that you have done for the Craps Community over the years. I built my table using your videos. I will be honest with you though...when you put a video like this out there...and purposely don't show us the dice set and throw technique, it makes me mad. It is not like we are competing against you....I find it very selfish and arrogant. We come here to learn, but you hold back key info from us. You don't owe us anything, but I see it as a big time dick move. Just being honest with you, I think you are awesome for teaching and I will continue to support you however I can.

    • @yodasoja2011

      There ain't some magic dice set, my dude. Get an analysis program and record your throws with the same techniques. It will be able to tell you the right dice set for you. Just be consistent.
      Btw, hardways and 3V are the best. Do variations of them based on your shooting. Hardways is great if you seldom double pitch, 3V is better if you seldom yaw 1 die.

      @@yodasoja2011 the only place i get to practice is at the casino
      Any advice on how not to double pitch when using the hardway set
      Because I am cursed with the Hardway set I constantly throw 7

    • @yodasoja2011
      @yodasoja2011 3 роки тому

      @@Scotty__ the first thing you need to do is switch to the 3V set. If you double pitch with the hardway but stay on-axis, you have a 100% chance of getting 7. If you double pitch with the 3V and stay on-axis, you have 50% chance of 7, 25% chance of 3, and 25% chance of 11 (yo).
      Best advice for reducing the double pitch is to give the dice less spin. Drastically reduce it. This usually comes down to grip, but could also do with your release mechanics.
      Get some real dice (like from Midwest Game Supply. Get the .775 size) and you can practice your grip a ton without a table.
      Hope this helps you!

      Get a practice layout, buy one alligator rubber, get a good set of dice from BT or from Midwest and get a long folding table or use your dining room table. The mechanics are the mechanics. Get the dice in your hands and learn the different combinations. Watch videos on dice. If you’re committed to practicing, You’ll gain some intuitiveness. Good luck!!

    Can you do that on a live feed @Bone Thrower? An edit video doesn't prove anything. You do have a control throw no doubt but show us on a live feed of you're S.O.R of 15-19. If I had a S.O.R of 15, I would go to the casinos every day and bet $640 across to make thousands of dollars every day. It only take a few live feed on You Tube to get massive people to join you're Pateron if you're really consistent.
