Yep! That's what he and his sister in law want to give him all the air time so these people have no choice but to go back to this and try to find any kind of loopholes possible. His silence back in the day speaks loude than words!!!
@@Puglifescratcherthere’s no proof the buglers did it either. However we do know Scott went “fishing” the day she went missing in the areas the bodies were found. We know he had a girlfriend and was lying to her after his wife went missing. We know he pack his son’s nursery with junk in the few months after their disappearance. He sold Laci’s car before her body was found. The list goes on and on. The burglars weren’t even sure what date they broke into the house. There’s no proof Bundy killed anyone outside of Florida either. He confessed to murders but there’s still no proof he did it. Yet he was the prime suspect for a long list of reasons.
He told his girlfriend that his wife HAD PASSED AWAY before she even went missing!!! And while his WIFE was “missing” he called his GIRLFRIEND pretending he was in Paris and having a great time! Kept on calling her and promising a future!! Wife was STILL missing when he sold her car, put house for sale and turned the nursery of his unborn child into a storage room! Didn’t want a lie detector test. Didn’t react when they found their bodies! In fact he was “staying at his family member’s house” who was conveniently 6 hours away and close to Mexico, after he had dyed his hair blonde and had everything in his car packed and ready to start a new life! Like DUDE!!!??? You want us to believe you’re innocent!!?? And the worst part is his family believing him and not accepting that he could’ve done it! Like what’s up with his sister in law who did the documentary? My mom was like “is she in love with him?” lol she studied law just to get him out of prison! WTH!!?? Also what a coincidence that their bodies showed up on the island that he had said that he was visiting on the 24th of December… and yet he still didn’t do it.

@MISSUNIVERSE1830 I belive he killed her in their home too then put her in the truck covered her up with tarp and the those pool side huge umbrella , left the dog out on the leash on purpose for his "cover story" drove her to his warehouse and put her in the boat in there

No evidence Scott transferred Laci's body from the truck to the boat in broad daylight? And why didn't a single witness see or hear him killing Laci or transporting her body anywhere? Dr. Cyril Wecht, who examined Conner's body but who did not testify, told Greta van Susteren that Conner's head measured 28 cm circumference and his neck measured 20 cm (On the Record, October 27, 2004). 28 cm = 11.02360 inches; 20 cm = 7.87400 inches. He confirmed the measurements in another interview with Fox News, and expressed his disbelief that the twine accidentally wrapped around Conner's neck. He also conjectured about the baby being in a bag. Laci's uterus was at least 10 cm (3.9") smaller than it should have been? Certainly explains why the incision to remove Conner was not visible on her body, and the injured 9th rib, postmortem injury is in the same location where such an incision would have been made. Police ignored evidence, tips and sightings that point in a completely different direction. Isn't it standard police practice to track down a missing person's last known whereabouts? It's not like they didn't have credible eyewitnesses that seen her walking on the 24th. Some called multiple times. Police ignored them. Sounds like tunnel vision and incompetence led to her death since the science proves she was alive after that day. No cadaver scent of Laci being dead in the boat, warehouse, truck, or home.
I’ve now watched two of three episodes. Did it change my mind? Not at all in fact I think he’s desperate and has nothing to lose. He’s so guilty and I’m more convinced than ever.
Same here, at the beginning on a first episode when he left a voice massage say that he went on fishing and even said what times he is going.. It's clearly that he tried to make an alibi..
When you have a mother, father and sister like that who sees no wrong in their child even in the face of glaring evidence, is it any wonder he grew up to be a narcissistic psychopath?
No, it doesn't. He had a fling and didn't want the public or police to know. We all know people will pass judgment without all the facts, just like you are doing.

@@peaches4052 I actually think he wasn’t honest with them and that’s why they weren’t able to win the case. They definitely weren’t expecting those phone conversations with Amber to come to light. Thank God they were recorded!
He's insane if he thinks an 8 month pregnant woman went outside to confront some burglars twice her size. Also, those men were investigated and cleared. They even took polygraphs and passed, something Scott never did.
Exactly. To this day he’s yet to take a poly. The same day he bought this boat he told Amber this would be the last Christmas without his wife. Scott claims the amber affair was basically friends with Benefits. Yet he would do things FWB don’t do. He got involved with her daughter. He’d pick her up from daycare. He told Amber that he didn’t want anymore kids that her then 2 year old daughter would be enough for him. He told his friends that he hoped that Laci would never get pregnant. He started throwing crap in Conner’s room as if it meant nothing to him. He sold Laci’s SUV. Not long into the search. He tried selling the house right away. He also told people at first when she was missing that he went golfing. He claims the flub was because he claims the boat was a Christmas gift for Ron who wasn’t into fishing (Scott claims otherwise) and he didn’t want Ron to know about it. Well this was before Scott called his in laws about Laci being missing. Laci was having a high risk pregnancy and her own OB even said she was in no condition to walk the dog. Several of the people who claimed to see Laci also said she was walking a boxer. A boxer is very different looking than Laci’s golden retriever. There were other pregnant ladies living in the area at the time. And if I’m pregnant and about to pop the last thing I’d do is confront burglers who are possibly armed. What makes more sense is that she would’ve called 911 from inside her locked house.

The fact that this guy is still making up absolute crap even after 20 years shakes me. He’s a horrible person to the core, no guilt, no regrets, nothing. He didnt take the polygraph, he said his wife was dead before she even went missing, he was searching up bay tides few days before the murder, he was changed his look, running off towards the border with god knows how many credit cards. This is no doubt a first degree premeditated murder. He definitely got off easy after killing his pregnant wife and unborn baby.
and kept smirking the whole way through. No emotion, used the baby’s room as a trash can and discarded a lot of Laci’s belongings because he knew she was dead!
Still lying after all these years. Go back & listen to the conversations he had with Amber. Listen to his recorded reaction to him finding out the cops found an anchor in the bay instead of her body. He bought his boat the same day he told Amber he ‘lost’ his wife. The boat laci didn’t even know about. If they would dive to the bottom of the bay & find the other cinder blocks that he made, he would stay locked up forever.
I wish Peacock would stop creating these docuseries to give people who are obviously narcissistic, disgusting murderers a platform. They did this with Casey Anthony and now they are doing it with Scott Peterson. These aren’t good people, they don’t deserve “to have their story told” The story/the truth was told, one was convicted and the other wasn’t. Both are obviously guilty. Let the families grieve in peace.
Saddam Hussein did the same thing. Iraq no longer had chemical WMD's in 2003, but he was too defiant and proud to let international inspectors into HIS country to verify that.
Scott really is desperate to get out of jail. Even expressing love for Laci. The only time I ever seen him express any feelings was when he was found guilty.Peacock is desperate for content.
Imagine only in 4 months while his wife still missing he sold her car and put home for sale. He wasn’t expecting for her to come back. He called amber ( girlfriend without knowing his married) on 9 of december to go and tell her he was married but his wife died. At the same day he bought a boat. At the date of lace’s disappearance he drow that boat to near the san francisco bay which the body of Laci were found. You can see all his lies, body languages and narcissistic behaviors. This is the typical behavior that he can manipulate all people around him with some face expressions and charm them for good. That’s why all family members believed them that much. He tells his girlfriend he’s in Paris and watching the fireworks while he was actually on Laci’s memorial with crowded voices. Also there’s something more awkward that Scott’s sister in love she’s obbsessingly believing his innocent and changing her whole life for Scott to plead his innocence. You know what I loved while I was watching a tv program that he attended and woman said “ do you really expect to people to believe that an 8 months pregnant woman learns that her husband having affair and being casual about it?” and then his crocodile face changing while she saying it 😂
Yeah it's more likely it's how Shanann Watts went down. She confronted him about the cheating, or he told her about it and she was setup (understandably so), he went insane and strangled her (he was so much bigger than she was!) and disposed of her like trash so he could get on with his girlfriend. Thank god Amber Frey was an angel.

Please stop giving this air time. Think of Laci's mother and family, it's beyond disgusting and disturbing that an individual and his sister-in-law can continue to make up lies and inflict pain year on year.
I don't believe that Laci walked her dog alone because she was 8 months pregnant and experiencing a lot of pain. She went to a party and someone had to help her walk into the house and she sat in a chair most of the time that she was there because she was in pain. Maybe Scott put the leash on Laci's dog, and he left the gate open. Scott enjoyed cheating on his wife, and he had no interest in being a dad. Laci's mom said that she placed her hands on Laci's stomach to feel her baby kicking, and Laci told her that Scott never put his hands on Laci's stomach. Scott told his mistress that his wife had died and this was going to be his first Christmas without his wife.... before Laci's body was found. He sold her vehicle and was trying to sell their house right after Laci went missing. He was talking to his mistress during a prayer vigil for Laci, and he told Amber that he was in Paris. There are too many coincidences with Scott for him to be innocent, and I would need some solid evidence before I will ever think that Scott Peterson wasn't involved in Laci's murd3r.

GERAGOS: This is about six days before Laci disappeared, correct? PETERSON: Yes. GERAGOS: Did she appear to you to not be able to walk? PETERSON: No. She was slower, but she walked. GERAGOS: And did she, you did this for a number of hours? PETERSON: Yes. . . . . . . GERAGOS: Did you walk with Laci around Carmel? PETERSON: Yes. GERAGOS: Did you drive with Laci around Carmel? PETERSON: No. GERAGOS: Okay. Did you walk to those stores that I listed before, the Sharper Image, and Peter Rabbit, and the others? PETERSON: Yes. GERAGOS: Did you ever see that picture in this trial of Laci and Scott on the beach in the, PETERSON: Yes. GERAGOS: Do you know who took that? PETERSON: Looked too good to be mine. We were with them. GERAGOS: What? PETERSON: We were with them. I don't usually take that good a picture. But it could have been. GERAGOS: Okay. And I assume, did you drive down, did you guys have a four-wheel ATV vehicle, or drive down to the beach, or did she walk? PETERSON: We all walked. GERAGOS: How would you walk down to the breach? Would you go down a trail to the beach? PETERSON: It's down a street, and you come down to the beach in the sand. GERAGOS: And Laci, six days before she went missing, was able to walk down to the beach? PETERSON: Yes. GERAGOS: She was able to walk in to town? PETERSON: Yes. GERAGOS: And walk all over with you for hours, correct? PETERSON: Yes. . .
Put him in isolation for the rest of his prison sentence. I'm tired of this creep playing in our faces. QUIT GIVING HIM ANY TYPE OF PUBLICITY, his wife and unborn baby are deceased because of him. 😢
The only thing Laci would do if she saw the burglar accros their house is,make sure all wimdow and door are locked and call a police. Not confront them.
He's still degrading Laci by implying that she would be dumb enough to go confront burglars in the act of a burglary! Wow! And she was eight months pregnant -- would she jeopardize her own baby? I think not. Not only that, let's say that scenario did happen -- the burglars, now having Laci but not knowing that they would, would know where Scott went fishing, AND would have a fishing license to take a boat into the bay where Scott went? I don't think so. Scott bought a fishing license for that day, not the burglars.
burglars, taking the body to the marina and weighing her down is just not believable to me... they'd just dig a hole in some secluded place..the marina was where scott was comfortable and knew it well...
No evidence Scott transferred Laci's body from the truck to the boat in broad daylight? And why didn't a single witness see or hear him killing Laci or transporting her body anywhere? All forensic testing came back negative for biological evidence of a dead body in any alleged crime scene? They even tested the water in the boat, negative results. Conner was determined to be alive until Jan 3rd by both the States expert and the Medical examiner? Furthermore, Dr Charles March testified that there is no way that Scott and Laci Peterson's unborn baby could have died any earlier than Dec. 29, 2002. Dr Allison Galloway, the States own expert and forensic anthropologist, determined the baby could have even been alive as far along as Jan 14th. How is he guilty if Laci was alive after the 24th? Conners body was above the water break and high tide line if he was in the ocean? his left ear get permanently flattened against his head, and a rectangular piece of material was over it? No animal feeding on Conner whatsoever? Plastic wrap get knotted around his neck that had to be cut off, not far from a plastic bag which was never tested?
Some of your lies, Ang D Jones. QUOTE You said Laci was found in the same clothes she had worn on the 23rd. TRUTH Laci's clothes she had worn that day were identified in the home during the search and identified by Amy Rocha. GERAGOS: You saw the shoes that you thought she was wearing, I think I said the 18th. All, on the 18th you saw all, the whole outfit, basically, that you thought she was wearing on the 23rd? John Walsh: "I talked to Scott on the phone for about 45 minutes and his parents for about an hour," Walsh said in the lobby of the DoubleTree Hotel. " QUOTE You said Scott did not have an anchor rope. TRUTH There were two ropes in the boat. QUOTE "None if the so, called witnesses knew Laci." TRUTH Martha Aguilar: Around 10 a.m. on the morning of December 24, Aguilar saw Laci and McK walking on La Loma Avenue in the same general area that Freitas saw her. She was sure it was Laci. Aguilar lived 2 blocks south of Laci on Covena, and they went to the same doctor. Aguilar’s call to the MPD tipline was never returned. She was never interviewed by anyone from MPD or from the DA’s office. QUOTE "They also claim to have seen her in an area where she was never known to walk." TRUTH Grogan indicates that sightings outside of the park were discounted because Laci was planning to walk in the park. This is blatantly false, and Grogan knew it. Grogan had been present on December 26 when Chris Boyer interviewed Scott Peterson at his home. Scott clearly stated that Laci sometimes walked in the neighborhood. He told Boyer, in Grogan’s presence, that Laci had walked on Sunday, December 22, in the neighborhood.
If anything she would call the police if she thought something suspicious was happening across the street not go check it out…and how did small time home burglars get their hands on a boat to take her somewhere to cover their tracks…they clearly kicked the doors open at the house…they did not care about covering their tracks. At this point Peterson needs to just confess, you’re not getting out. The jig is up and shame on the LA Innocense project for wasting resources on him!
His statement about Amber is absurd - he was courting her before and after he killed Laci. If he didn’t want it getting complicated-stop dating while married.
So let see ; He told Amber he lost his wife on Dec 09 On Dec 09 he bought a boat . They found her body and baby at the same place he was at; suppose fishing . There was Laci hair in his boat . He kept in touch with Amber when she went missing . The baby room became a storage when he said in an interview he would not go in that room until his son would . I am sorry but not only did he un alive her he premeditated.
It’s been almost 20 years. I think he should finally just come out & confess. I don’t know about her side of the family members or if her parents are still alive etc but it would be justice served and Laci & Conner’s bodies and souls can finally rest in peace if he would just confess already. Her parents and/or other family members would at least have some closure. And then this alleged “robber” story, what? Came out of thin air all of a sudden? Where was this theory of robbers were in fact the ones who kidnapped and killed her? Where was this all these years? It just ticks me off that our taxes and TIME is being spent on criminals such as this nut case and he just keeps appealing over & over with new and different lies 🤦🏼♀️ isn’t he just tired of it all already? I honestly feel like at this point, no matter WHAT he says, I believe he will still do the maximum sentence- regardless of what he says. That’s why I’m saying he should just confess. Because no matter what he says, it will not change his sentence. He should just stop wasting everyone’s time and just finally confess. Because no matter how hard he tries, the truth is (and he knows it): that he is NEVER gonna get out & will d1e in prison either way.
I never met Laci, but I have a child. I feel very comfortable guessing that almost all pregnant women would call the police rather than put her unborn baby and herself in the line of fire by confronting criminals burglarizing the house across the street. She would have put Conner first.

Not to mention a pregnant woman especially laci who claims she cant walk and gets fatigue would put herself and her unborn child in danger like that. No way no matter how much you push it aint happening

Why are you even broadcasting this this is the typical killer that still denying he killed he's been convicted we all know he did it

I wish Peacock would stop creating these docuseries to give people who are obviously narcissistic, disgusting murderers a platform. They did this with Casey Anthony and now they are doing it with Scott Peterson. These aren’t good people, they don’t deserve “to have their story told”
The story/the truth was told, one was convicted and the other wasn’t. Both are obviously guilty. Let the families grieve in peace.
It's all bout that 🤑💰
If he is innocent, he has done the most convincing job of making himself look guilty. He only has himself to blame.
Yeah, he never missed her when she was missing! It was everyone else that missed her 😢
What a waste of time and tax payer dollars. Utterly ridiculous.
Never shed a tear for his wife missing and his unborn little angel😢
He didn't do it on tv or for you.

100 percent spot on, people who think this man is innocent need to stop the cap! The body was found right near where he admitted to taking his boat, cmon on now!

ROCHA: I have walked with her.
GERAGOS: Okay. When you walked with her, would she take --how many times would you say you walked with her?
ROCHA: Just a couple of times and it was -- it may even have been before she got pregnant or just in the very beginning of her pregnancy.
GERAGOS: Okay. So as you sit here today you don't -- you never took any notes of it obviously. You don't remember the exact days you went walking with her?
ROCHA: No, I don't.
GERAGOS: When you took those walks, did you go into the neighborhood itself or did you go down into the park?
ROCHA: We went to the park.
GERAGOS: When you went down into the park, from the house, you go towards the end of the cul-de-sac. Do you know where I'm talking of?

ROCHA: Yes, I do.
GERAGOS: Now, that trail as you go down is fairly steep, isn't it?
ROCHA: Yes, it is.
GERAGOS: Okay. And is it a fair statement that, if that trail was wet or even if it wasn't wet, because of the steep grade, it's not likely that somebody who was seven-and-two-thirds-months pregnant is going to be going down that trail there, is it?
ROCHA: That's correct.
GERAGOS: The fact of the matter is, though, that she did still try to walk at the later stages of her pregnancy; isn’t that correct?
ROCHA: Not that I'm aware of.
GERAGOS: Well, when you last --
ROCHA: The last time we talked about it was when she was sick, when she got sick in the park.

GERAGOS: Okay.

ROCHA: That they went shopping. She said she was really tired, and here again that her feet were swelling.
GERAGOS: Her?
ROCHA: Her feet were swelling.
GERAGOS: Swelling. Did she tell you, did you ask her if she had stayed off of her feet during that time in Carmel?
ROCHA: No, I didn't ask her that question.

ROCHA: They were actually at her house. I just, I went to their house on the 18th to feed the cats and the dog.
GERAGOS: Okay. And would you leave the food out for them each day? Or would you let them in the house? What was the routine?
ROCHA: No, they were outside.
GERAGOS: Okay. You left them outside. Now, on the 15th did you ever see McKenzie come in and out of the house, on the 15th when you were over there for dinner?
ROCHA: I don't remember because he, there were other occasions when he would be in or out, so I don't really remember on the 15th.
GERAGOS: Okay. I guess what I'm getting at in a roundabout way is McKenzie would come in the house; he was not forbidden to be in the house?
ROCHA: Yes, he did come in occasionally.
GERAGOS: And were you aware there was a dog bed and he would actually sleep inside the house?
ROCHA: I think she had told me or I saw that it was in the bedroom.

ROCHA: Right.
GERAGOS: in the bedroom? You were aware that there were also little water bowls for, water bowls for the cat inside the house?
ROCHA: I don't remember seeing those.
GERAGOS: Okay. Now, I don't remember, and I had asked you this at the prelim also, so I'm going over some of the same ground. You had described, somebody in the police report, either you or Ron, described Laci as headstrong; is that a fair characterization?
ROCHA: That, that would be fair.
GERAGOS: And she was, were you aware that she was active, you sat through the opening statements and I described the fact that in this neighborhood here, and I'm pointing at People's 22, and I'll, do you still have the pointer?

🕯🕯🕯🕯 Laci and Connor 🕯🕯🕯🕯 2 beautiful lives taken what a fantastic smile Laci had in heaven now smiling at her beautiful Connor . 🕯🕯🕯🕯
Over 2 decades of coming up with an explanation, and he goes with Burglars lol 😂
Not his job to investigate but the police's and above all judge's.
Yeah this guy will never leave prison. Trust me @@ParDiss-e4i
total psychopath and compulsive liar. Can't believe his family is in denial and believes in his innocence.
Yeah, the burglars who broke in across the street took his pregnant wife, killed her, and dumped the bodies in the SAME BAY he said he was boating in 90 miles from their home. Imagine being so unbearably narcissistic that you expect people to believe this! 😂😂😂😂
Not to mention a pregnant woman especially laci who claims she cant walk and gets fatigue would put herself and her unborn child in danger like that. No way no matter how much you push it aint happening
Why is the sister-in-law so enthralled in this?? Where is Scott’s brother… you never see him…
Right probably because his brother knows he is guilty
This man is a complete liar. He’s so good he has believed his own lies.
He so did it!!!
This man is a narcissist, everything he did was opposite of bad a husband would have done, selling the house, selling her things, and having disregard of her things and conners room, acted just like Chris watts, rip beautiful laci and Conner, may Scott stay behind bars for the rest of his rotten life.
He is like Ted Bundy he just doesn't give a sh...to accept it he doesn't want to give the family that closure
If Scott is innocent he surely acted like the most guilty person ever
You can see by his face that he is detached from reality and believes his own BS
He’s guilty he had 20 years to work up a good story he did not murder Lacy 😡😡😡
Shame on _The Innocence Project_ . By the way, it's all old news.
This guy I swear he really thinks he's cute doesn't he and he can get out of this with his charm
Not in 2024 🤮
Wth does dating Amber have to do with "finding your family"? He HAD a chance while this whole mess was going on to plead and search for his wife and baby, but he couldn't be bothered. He was too busy buying champagne and strawberries for his girlfriend and LYING to everyone around him about EVERYTHING! TONS of circumstantial evidence against him, and taken together points DIRECTLY at him! I think hes full of crap, even to this day!
Imo. The right person is in jail.
