    I’ve been battling severe anxiety and depression, along with recently having been diagnosed with autism. Your videos never fail to pull me out of darkness and they make me very happy. Like someone who actually cares.

    Hey! Just wanted to share that I’ve been using an Apple Watch for my morning alarm and it’s been a GAME CHANGER! It’s so peaceful rather than the loud alarm. Just wanted to put this here if anyone else was interested haha

    I love early mornings, I feel I get so much more done in the day. But can someone tell my cat it's 5AM ...not 4AM wake up time. 😹

    I’ve binged watched all of the not so scary videos I missed in the last week and a half. My dad was visiting and I couldn’t watch them, so I blasted through them this morning and now I have this one. Woohoo! Love this series so much and so much inspiration. Thanks Angie !

    I love how much you use music throughout the day to motivate yourself. Also My fitbit vibrates during a 45 minute window to wake me up when I'm in between sleep cycles

    Hey Angie! Great video! I love my Fitbit (Sense 2). I love the fact that it vibrates when I have my alarm on. Game changer! This is my 4th Fitbit since 2015 😅

      I have the Versa 2, which is the one before the sense, I believe. Love it. This is my third Fitbit.

    I always look forward to your routine vlogs as they are my favorites. Before watching your channel I had absolutely no morning routine or structure and you helped me with creating mine and actually sticking to it and every time I watch yours I always find something I can do to tweek it to make it more productive and a setup for a great and motivated rest of my day!

    Angie, I am looking for a ring device to vibrate on wakeup too! I have hearing issues and would love an option. Have you seen the Amazon version of a vibrating alarm bracelet sleep tracker?     Not sure if anyone commented about this yet but the whoop vibrates to wake you up in the morning. You can set a time or to specific recovery you want before it wakes you up. It is a band versus a ring but I love mine. No more alarm clock.

    Love the vlog style routines!!! Since you were looking for a device to wake you up without having to have an alarm clock or phone - an apple watch can do that. It vibrates on your wrist and you can turn the alarm off on it, without your phone. I think you had one and didnt love it but maybe you wanna give it another try 😊

    My fitbit versa 2 wakes me up by vibrating for an alarm clock, but as it also tracks your sleep, it also has a setting where you set your alarm for say 6.30 am but if you are at a good point in your sleep cycle to wake up during 30 minutes before that time it'll wake you up then instead. I like it alot ...p.s your morning routine videos are my fav videos 😊

    Are you suggesting you wake at 5am every morning as your circadian rhythm has shifted that way? That's impressive! You might need to shift the wake up times you recorded in your planner to reflect that

    Have you looked into WHOOP bands? It's very similar to the Oura ring, but you wear it on your wrist. Would let you track your fitness, sleep, etc., but also has an alarm function that wakes you by gently vibrating. Love your videos ❤

    The Whoop band is similar to the Oura ring and it has the alarm feature that vibrates to wake you up like you mentioned!! I do think that there may be some functions the Oura ring has that the Whoop band does not.

    I loved this video! I’ve noticed that since I started the glow up challenge my goal was to start waking up at 7:30 each morning and for the first month I used an alarm clock but now I just wake up naturally and sometimes even before the alarm goes off!

    Try unjury protein. I love the unflavored in a milk/alternative milk based protein shake. It is not grainy!

    I used to have a Fitbit that vibrated but I didn’t like to sleep with it all the time. Maybe try that? Just use it to wake you up.

    I have a fitbit versa 2 which vibrates on my wrist to wake me, I also use a sunrise lamp but with no alarm sound, just the light.

    I love your routine videos, they always keep me on track and help me be more productive. I wish I would be more of an early morning person bc when I do it, I do get more done. Working night shift just messes up early morning rises 😔 but I’m gonna work on having more of those days 😅.

    Have been using collagen in coffee for awhile but now I am putting in the pumpkin flavored creamer and whipping before putting coffee in is a game changer!!!! Great tip. Love the daily videos and the nuggets of inspiration and assistance. My workout is walking with weights daily (ok sometimes I just can't, but I am human LOL) But I feel so much better when I do walk.     Do you have any suggestions for a beginner workout to try, for someone who is trying to get back to being healthier? Something shortish as well? Momma of three and full-time education worker, so it feels as though my day get away from me.

      UA-cam has a TON of incredible (and free) workouts for beginners ! I've been doing 20 - 30 min long pilates sessions and it has been a game changer !

    8 Sleep makes a mattress and mattress topper that cools/heats, tracks sleep, and can vibrate to wake you up! Not cheap but seems so cool!

    I have a Tabtime Vibrating Alarm Reminder Watch that I got off Amazon. It's about $20 and does a decent job waking me up. It's not the most comfortable wrist band, but I'm sure there are nicer ones out there that do the job. We've been using a sunrise alarm clock and it does such a great job of slowly waking me up in the morning. Much less jarring than a phone alarm.

    Waking up early helps have a productive morning. I feel so accomplished when I wake up early, get my morning routine going, and do my workout. That’s half the battle and sets me up for a much more productive day
