It depends on carburettor setting how the service mechanic sets the tuning. Its not necessary that bike gives only 60% mileage before first service. I am currently receiving 57kmpl before first service on Glamour asfs model with 9bhp engine. I can't expect a mileage of 80+ on the same bike after first service. We can assume the mileage to increase by the tuning done before delivery of the new bike. Im only writing this comment to make the customer aware of false hope of mileage after first service and get heavy hearted
