Thanks for sharing your tournament day on the lake it it was a tough day on the lake for sure! Some very seriously sketchy times on the lake when that weather changed so quickly! Definitely making the right decision to get off the lake sooner especially after your fellow angler tells you my poles are buzzing to be safer should told me it’s time to go! No tournament is worth losing your life! I’m glad everyone is safe until the next event tight lines take care and God bless!
Well, done that day! Even with the adversity of getting on the water lake, you were still able to catch them fish! Glad you made it off safely to. I consider you the best Colorado fishing UA-cam channel, so keep it up 👍 👊
I havent but a few of the other competitors have during tournaments. There arent many and they're hard to find/catch but they're still in there! I would bank on a different lake for wipers though.
I believe just watching this video I felt that electricity!!! Dude, glad you got off there in time without anything happening
Absolutely! Part of me says I should've got off early but the other part of me say I should've just hunkered down because it got better.
@@CXANGLINGmain thing is that you and all others that day were safe in the end!

100%! I definitely should've got off earlier. Colorado weather comes out of nowhere!
Almost broke your nrx stepping into your kayak
Since then I have luckily added more rod holders. That couldve been bad haha. That NRX 822DSR is probably my favorite rod too 😅

It was crazy! I was in that same area!

Well done. Cool video
Thanks man! Was hoping for my fish catches but it was tough forsure! See ya on the water!
Have you ever caught the wipers in that lake?

If you want to act as a lightning conductor try standing up and holding your rod up above your head.
