I remember my dad picking me up one weekend when I was about 13 and I played this album on the drive to his house. He asked me about 3 times what the name of the band was 😂 so I knew he liked it! So many happy car rides with dad blasting the speakers off with the stereophonics! I miss him
Saw them at the Drum and Monkey pub in Ipswich before they made it big, must've been around 1995/96. Incredible band up close in that type of venue, energy was just bonkers, to say they had something about them is an understatement.
'Phonics have been consitantly awesome since the started out. Kelly's voice is still as amazing now as it was when I saw them at V98 in the middle of the afternoon. That was the first time I heard this track, as well as A Thousand Trees. Since then, I've seen them 11 times. Still put on an incredible performance.
As a 90"s kid Oasis are obviously the best band of the generation (and all time in my view) the best live band for me tho is The Stereophonics, every time I see them they get better, Kelly Jones is an absolute genius!

Love how the Welsh are so proud of their heritage, mostly in South, the North has been diluted by English northerners. I'm a Scouser by the way, living in Surrey!

I thought the way they treated Stuart Cable was a disgrace
better than oasis
mark ashurst both great bands but not sure about that one
mark ashurst. Not sure about that but they are much better than very boring The Killers and Cold play.
Better than some post-2000 Oasis stuff
Mostly because Kelly didn't flush his voice down the toilet
J St the killers and Coldplay aren’t boring. Oasis are incredibly overrated. Love the phonics though.
Better than Oasis
They're good, but no
@@sexybeast4320 Oasis are overrated
OK by
Definitely better than oasis
they were so happy to song about a guy getting killed by train
At least he didn't top himself for nothing it's a half decent tune to be fair.
