My brand new remote stopped working within 5 hours. When I raised the complaint, jio support associate from (koramangala - bangalore)told me to pay 600 for replacing the remote. Finally after speaking to the customer care support, they agreed to replace with new one. When the support associate came to my home for replacing it, he came with a second hand one. He said Jio will not replace remote by giving u new one but will provide only 2nd hand remotes only. What kind of service is this man !! Worst STB provider in town! Let me ask u one thing, if u order an phone from store & u noticed that its a manufacturing defective one, store is going to replace it with a second hand phone ?? according to Jio logic thats how it should be ! I regret disconnecting my ACT internet connection and airtel STB for jio !!!

bhai bandwidth is not everything. jio 5g works poorly in laptop even bandwidth is more. Reason is high ping and latency. It will still take time to replace broadband.
