Purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited Aug 2023 at Hyundai Central FL. Is a great vehicle in terms of comfort/features, safety & driving experience. Highly recommend Tucson !
I prefer the limited since I have gotten older for the extra safety features such as the blind spot cameras and the push button shifter when I have drinks in my vehicle
I agree with your assessment of the SEL convenience. I got mine about 2 weeks ago and I love it. I previously had a 2021 Honda Passport and one thing with Hyundai they offer way more features than Honda with their base and mid-level trims compared to Honda where some (not all) of these features can be found in their higher trim models. By the end of my lease, I firmly believe I’ll remain with Hyundai.
Hey buddy love your videos! Quick question, I've noticed the Tucson either has the net pockets or regular seat back pockets made with seat materials, I thought it was a 2024 thing but it doesn't appear so. Any ideas why the difference?
It could be for supply reasons or the Ventilated seat function on the Limited. I honestly don't have a firm answer as it why some have the pockets and others have the nets.
The one thing that bummed me out was the lack pf physical buttons. Thats the one thing i look for in a new car. Honda learned this lesson years ago and then went back to physical button for the volume and fan speed. I really wanted to like this car but now i have to move on.

Is it confirmed they're discontinuing Intense Blue? I'm going to be in the market for a new car next spring and want the SEL Convenience in this color. Now I'm worried it won't be available to lease.
Yes. That color is long gone in terms of production. In fact, there is only one listed as for sale within 500 miles of me. I would consider that color nearly impossible to get brand new as of now.
So the Hybrid Blue is essentially an SEL with Shift-by-wire (Buttons for gear selection), 10.25” Navigation System with Dynamic Voice Recognition, and Map and multimedia software OTA update capability.

Well, they are two very different vehicles. There are pros and cons to both. Honestly if you don't need the extra space of the Tucson, I would likely say the Trax is the better buy. This is mainly due to the fact one is roughly $26k vs $36k.
If they aren't hybrid, the trims are basically crappiest, crappy, and crap. Great vehicle, not so great infotainment or powertrain except the hybrid which is great.
Clarify for me: the nonHybrid trims are different from the Hybrid ones? With Hybrid being better? I'm still early in the sorting all the options stage. It can be a bit much.
I believe the infotainment (Outside of only having wired AA/AC on the 10.25" screens) is one of the better options available. The touch buttons are terrible but the screen and UI is great. Hybrid powertrain is much better, I agree.
Yeah, the hybrid is not only WAY more fuel efficient, but more powerful too. 2.5 NA is lethargic and mediocre real world efficiency and doesn't sound great. @@Tlaloc89
To each their own, I'm not a big fan. Resolution is good on the upgraded one, but its UI is all the same color so hard to see at a glance and isn't snappy like say uConnect 5. Its better than Mercedes at least, and probably moot I guess if you use android auto or caplay, but again no wireless which is lame. @@CarsMadeSimple
@@BoopSnoot The Hybrid Tucson is the way to go because the ICE Tucson engine is dog poo. As for the infotainment, the 10.25" screen is just fine... they're not all the same color, I think you're thinking of KIA (KIA is all the same color, Hyundai is not). As for wireless, it can be completely wireless with a $50 dongle from Amazon... no big deal, and not worth complaining about. I own a 2023 Tucson Hybrid with the upgraded infotainment, and I have no problems with it, the resolution and response time are top-notch... I mostly use wireless Android Auto (through my dongle) and I love my infotainment system on the Tucson Hybrid.
Wats goin on with the dash clock? Its ugly!! I was lucky enough to get the complete Dash integration which basically swayed my decision away from the RAV4… Worse still, have you seen the dreadful interior Hyundai have for the 2025 Tucson?? 🙈 Terrible!! In all the latest BMW’s The Mercedes, Audi’s etc, The Tucson had the best Dash/Screen integration I’ve ever seen on a car!… To go from that beautiful sleek design, to a dash that looks like the cheapest take of a 1960’s futuristic space craft! Looks like a bathroom tray for storing soap!! It’s terrible!!! My next trade in is 2025, and if Hyundai continue with this design I’ll be going elsewhere

The big positives about the Hybrid will be fuel economy and power output.
I just paid off $1200 remaining on my 2019 Tucson today. So happy. I plan on getting the larger Santa Fe 2023 sel if my finances allows it.

It may seem like it on the surface but when compared to the competition, it seems like a good value considering the features.

@@michaelstarr1285 Yes, standard AWD on hybrid. The blue isn't as popular vs the others but it's not impossible to get.
