open project right click on project folder and delete. Other way open project right click --> open in explorer --> it will open the physical location of project folder. You can delete from there.

I got this error when trying to install pandas:
pip : The term 'pip' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the
path is correct and try again.
At line:1 char:1
+ pip install pandas

+ CategoryInfo : ObjectNotFound: (pip:String) [], CommandNotFoundException
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : CommandNotFoundException

Check where is python on your system go inside of scripts folder and check pip.exe is available. If yes the add this script folder path in path environment variable.
