I wish they would, but the big wigs refuse to let them anymore. The last one on one that Cait & Barry had was 3x07, I know because I am currently rewatching the show and am in the middle of season 3. Yes Grant & Danielle had some pretty great scenes as Killer Frost & Savitar (and those are what saved the season too) but as Cait and Barry their one on one scenes are non existent these days. Not sure why but they now seemingly can only interact if there is a third party in the room/scene. I do hope that we can get some back next season because they and Cisco make the show.
it‘s so frustrating how the OTF are treated. they deserve so much better. and i‘m really angry that they made snowbarry literally strangers. I mean after all they went through together, they deserve to have at least a couple of scenes together ALONE! i‘m hoping too for a better season 5.
