OMG, I can't thank you enough. I've been looking for this feature forever. So Simple but oddly enough not that easy to find. And you were straight to the point, thanks again.
i know Im asking randomly but does anyone know of a way to log back into an Instagram account? I stupidly lost the account password. I would love any help you can offer me.
@Terrance Jeffrey I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and Im trying it out atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
How if the 'opposite'? When we press the higher keyboard's key, the sample play faster (the speed/tempo of the sample changes) but the pitch stays the same. Can it be done with Simpler?
Hi Alex, thanks for reaching out! The easiest way to pitch the sampler is to play the sample higher up or lower on the keyboard. Here's another useful video on this: bit.ly/2vnpY75 Hope this helps! Let us know if you have more questions.
Seems mad that you can't quantize in simpler, and even if you quantize a clip, save it then pass to simpler the quantize is not kept. Anyone know a way to do this apart from exporting and reimporting? Surely there's a way to do it.
No, but you can work around. Work around is quicker now with simpler’s warp mode. Load sample into simpler, put in warp mode and record the scaled notes you want. Freeze recorded track and copy to audio track. You now have an audio file of all the multi-sampled notes you need to drag into Sampler, placing the recorded tones on each note needed for playback.
yes think of it like when warp is turned off the sample is being stretched and squished based on pitch. When warp is on all notes played will be the same length and speed.
Warping is awful imo ,you can get DJ software like rekordbox or serato that analyses tracks to sync yet Ableton is still stuck in an era of wasting time having to do this . I know how to do it but it's absolutely mind numbingly boring and puts me off the daw.

The fact that you cant edit with warp markers within simpler completely kills production flow
💯
That's what I thought this geek was gonna show me how to do. Waste of time.

how can you fix a sample similar to this if turning on warp throws it out of time?
Finding in Live 10 the warping sounds very different than expected..thank you for the intro.
Just starting out with Live ten...Great intro!
Simpler needs region pitch detection like Bitwig's Sampler. It already has the capability regarding samples in the arrangement.
Is there a way to change the warped bpm in the simpler like in an audio channel? I mean just put the warp bpm per keyboard in it.
Yea, but you cant chop sample with the warped speed, you have to warp first sample manually and then put to simpler
Unfortunately this doesn't show how to warp within slice. If you want to warp your sample pads to a different tempo. I can't find that process.
Thank you so much! I was thinking id have to buy the more expensive 'sampler' instrument

Is it possible to warp marker within Simpler
omg this dude could be flume's brother haha
great tutorial thank you
1:22 How was the pitch in simpler changed? The instructor did it but didn’t say how....

I appreciate your instant response & directing me to a right training content... Thank you!!!
bro, you cant wrap in simpler periode.
The audio isn't working for simpler
Even the Lite version is infinitely powerful and complex. Add a decent VST synth and away you go
How can u add a vst synth to simpler?
I have tried other warping softwasre I have a few complaint none ready at hand

Freeze track?
Any way to warp audio on sampler?

One day I want my own Ableton apartment :)
The speed at 2:40 is slower than the speed at 3:06. Is this because the pitch played was different?
yes think of it like when warp is turned off the sample is being stretched and squished based on pitch. When warp is on all notes played will be the same length and speed.
anybody notice that when loading samples from push 2 in live 10, they are not auto warped by default? This was not giving me problems in Live 9
Did you figure out how to correct this, its really annoying having to warp every time i load a new sample.
Check in the Ableton "Preferences", there is a "warp" section, you can set to automatically warp.
Are my ears trash or was 2:48 actually p hard
interesting
But no comping.
