You can go cheap but no too cheap as best thing is you have Lester's mission with Franklin you can. Use too advantage with all the characters with the stock market making each character upto 300 million nearly i use a middle paid crew
Best thing about the last mission is you can use Lester assanations too your advantage with stock market don't do them too after you complete the Big score heist. You can get 290 millon you can then use it too buy all properties on it including the golf course just from investing in the stock market with all the characters on it
