Dude. Don't you watch ANY of the pro 2A channels on UA-cam? You NEVER offer or allow them onto your property, ESPECIALLY to inspect or inquire about any sort of weapons you may or may not have in your possession! If they ask, you're supposed to politely decline, and if they persist, tell them you'd be happy to comply with a valid warrant, at a prearranged time and with a reasonable amount of notice so that your attorney may be present, and you should conclude with, "Until then, may I assume that our business is otherwise concluded and I am free to go?" If they respond with anything other than the affirmative, then your next (and only) thing you say is, "am I under arrest?" at which point they will (hopefully) say something along the lines of "You're not under arrest, but you are being detained" And you should respond with, "Detained for what purpose? Do you suspect that I've committed a crime?" And HOPEFULLY this is where they'll f**k up and say something like, "Well, that's what we're trying to determine!" Because, if they say anything close to that, they're basically admitting to illegally detaining and questioning you, aka a "fishing expedition", either trying to FIND something illegal in order to justify their desire to search your property, or they're just trying to get you to forfeit your own rights by saying something stupid! As a matter of fact, it's very likely that they've been attempting to railroad you into saying something dumb since they first showed up, since this is most cop's "default" mode anyway. They heavily train officers to do this in most departments today, which is diametrically opposed to what most law enforcement organizations "claim" in their mission statement and/or the oath that they take when they join, which usually includes some sort of babble about protecting life, property to some extent, and there's usually some mention of justice, and liberty sprinkled in there for good measure. But claiming to stand for liberty, then being trained in the art of "convincing people to forfeit their rights, so that you may do all of the things to them that said "rights" were designed to prevent anyone (especially law enforcement) from doing to them in the first place! Cops view your civil rights as a hindrance to them actually having to do police work, and they hate that they can't just use their authority over you and force you to give them a "win" with no care over whether or not your freedom is expendable, and whether or not you truly deserve (in the legal sense) to lose that freedom! Always remember what my dad taught me as a young boy. Cops are NOT your friend. They will NEVER go out of their way to "help" you, and talking to them, or interaction with them in any way will NEVER make your situation or the outcome "better" in any way. By NOT talking to police, you only stand to help yourself and potentially make your situation better. Even when you're 100% innocent, and not even suspected of a crime, anything you say to a cop can ONLY serve one two purposes, it can do.. a) nothing at all, and basically go in one ear and out the other.. or b) end up HURTING you, because you said something that they then used against you later in court. Or you can unintentionally say something that suddenly gives them the legal right to search you, enter your home, arrest you, or start up a completely NEW investigation against you for something that they never would have known about without you telling them about it. Bottom line is, NEVER willfully cooperate with police with the thought that "you're innocent and have nothing to hide" or that "if you just cooperate they'll return the favor and let you go" It doesn't work like that...ever.
He's liying the cop that called on him for splashing was probably more angry than the one when he was speeding at 16 facts how else you get a ticket for splashing 🤔

What RPG was it? Dragon Quest, Phantasy Star, Final Fantasy or one the Elder Scrolls?
Definitely one of the weeb ones you mentioned, because being into anime is a crime.
If the woke military can have, and LEAVE these kinds of "weapons" in terrorist countries, We The People shall have them TOO. 💯
Good luck with that 👍
Yo bro I love yoy so much I’ve never commented on any UA-cam videos in the 10 years I’ve probably had it maybe 15 but You’ve been my inspiration my UA-cam dad to look up to cause I didn’t have one now I have 2 kids and you pushed me to do a lot thanks bro I’ll never know if you’ll see this but know you changed a lot of peoples life’s I hope I can start UA-cam like you with my following from 16 and pregnant that I was on lol but ya your the man bro real big dawg big nutz shit love you mane✌🏾🙂
do you beat on em like he beats on the rigs
Lmao what season were u ok bro
Wonder why it fell to homeland for the investigation and not the ATF
That rpg looks like some good self defense now I know why military use it
yeah, you can add some RGB stuff and use it as StarWars saber during night attacks
He says he got busted for barely stopping at a stop sign….funny how cops will pull you over for a rolling stop thru a stop sign, where NO on coming traffic is even around, and if you argue they say it’s the law…but when it’s the other way around and the cops try to do an unlawful stop and request your drivers license without telling you what the infraction is (which the LAW clearly states that they have to charge you or sight you to be able to ask for your I.D.), and when YOU quote the law they just try to ignore and bully you….funny how that works……so at what point do they change our name to the Socialistic States of America? Because that’s what it is…..where ya going….what are you doing….where ya driving too…
Where has full pod cast gone
I own a stock 4wd Tacoma crew cab, very popular with lots of foreign armies. Yet the USG has never bothered me. #2a
I want to watch this whole episode but I can't find it!
Now how does one obtain a deactivated rpg without being put on a watchlist. I just want one😭
If you are someone like Cody and you get pulled for rolling through a stop sign, tell them you know you stopped because you rolled a little backwards before you took off.
Why are headphones needed? Legit question.
They are chill because you have money for a good private lawyer and a platform to tell the truth for public opinion 😉
It's not easy to violate your rights, if you were innocent and poor with no followers you would be dead or in prison for that rpg.
De-activated.... anyone can own that.
Yea, I had one. Anyone can buy a deactivated RPG and have it shipped directly to their house. It’s just a heavy paperweight.
What happened to the full episode?
No such thing as a class 3 weapons license and the RPG doesn’t even require anything like that, but you can’t be surprised they are concerned at a dumbass riding around hanging a rocket out the window of his car in public.
Has this been removed.. bruh
They want the publicity of having an arrest or paper work at least on a famous person. It's an abuse of power at the end of the day, but I mean.. they don't get much. Let them have their stories.
Can some one tell me, i thought he wasn't an American citizen, does it matter if you are an American or not in the US, can you still buy a gun/RPG?
Honestly, if you're a cop, and you want to get a picture with WD, just ask for a picture man...
You're either the asshat who pretended to pull someone over to get a picture with them, or you're that chill cop that's a fan of the channel.
Doesn't seem like that hard of a choice to me, lol.
There's no such thing as a "class 3 weapons license" because there's no such thing as weapons classes 😂 anyone can own an RPG if they pay the tax stamp, wait, and get approved. I hate when non-gun people talk about guns.
Where's the full ep?
Agent sounded chill, if you see a photo of someone with an rpg you deff want someone checking that out, people making a big deal over basic safety for the public, like the cop that is extorting Diesel over splashing the jetski is scuffed but this agent sounds like he was just doing his best to make sure everyone is safe at the end of the day no harm no foul.
Still a 4th amendment violation.
No we don’t want anyone checking that Canuck
@@jimlahey5339 i mean i get the appeal of having no one looking at anything you do but if he was some crazy dude with an rpg (deactivated but repairable if that was the persons goal) then you would want someone looking into it, a 10 min interaction seemed pleasant enough whats the big deal, safety is important and YOU know your own intent but others dont
@@johnathanwells8765 not American dont know the entirety of your amendments but when a photo like that pops up its gonna spark some questions, if you have an rpg and post about it you will be checked on its how its always been, why do you think the agent gave him no issues about it, literally just checking off a box and making sure everything is fine why make a deal over it, if a bad guy had one and used it on american soil People would be outraged that no one checked in on it, but when they do check in on it you also get mad, yall mericans need to put that anger towards being productive
@@thatcanadianguy3327 the sad thing is now if he gets busted for a misdemeanor like forgetting to pay a parking ticket or something, its not going to be a county sheriff coming to his door its going to be a state, or federal swat team because he is confirmed to own dangerous item(s).
that is the issue, nobody really cares if they come say "hey man i just need to make sure its legal" we care when they label us law abiding citizens as a "high level threat" if they have to talk to us about some minor infraction like forgetting to pay a ticket or something.
fun fact rpg actually stands for Ruchnoy Protivotankoviy Granatomyot which translates to Handheld Anti-tank Grenade Launcher
were the full podcast
Yall just gonna posts clips for a year or what post the whole thing
What about your boating incident?
Was roman hosting with his wife? Whoever the other person was, Cody would stare at them for 10 seconds, shift to Roman for a split second then back to the other person for 10 seconds. Then Roman for a split second, then back to other person for another 20 seconds. Lmfao.
I think it was her you can hear a feminine laugh at 5:09
Yeah it's his wife brit, fun fact. They joined a cult
@@kingjellybean9795 bro what
"somehow they saw my post" its almost like they have access to the internet aswell.
lmao there is no such thing as a "class 3" license
When Cody Talks, I Listen!
Lambo... RPG... you been playin GTA5 again?
Does anyone else hear that high pitched whistling noise in the background?
i had the chance to buy a movie prop rpg for $45 at a flea market. i should have got it.
Lol my carrier is crashing I better get on this guys channel and talk about my hardships to bring back my followers. Lol
Lol btw wrong post cast. Jos might help.
Dog I saw Cody on an ad for a tennesse boat club he took the deal got a screenshot too
5:30 you are laughing but in germany guys loose the driver licence for this point :D:D:D they say you drove a race against yourself no joke
Alpena Michigan has some pretty chill City police and sheriff’s. But the state police are still ,,, state police
Yea, so believable. Been trying to call you for 4 days with voicemails and you had no idea.
Only old people do voicemail. Normal people use text messages. I haven't looked at my VM in weeks.
An angry cop is trying to ruin my life!
And i can't do much about it because im in financial straits and not even a little book smart.
Dude. Don't you watch ANY of the pro 2A channels on UA-cam?
You NEVER offer or allow them onto your property, ESPECIALLY to inspect or inquire about any sort of weapons you may or may not have in your possession!
If they ask, you're supposed to politely decline, and if they persist, tell them you'd be happy to comply with a valid warrant, at a prearranged time and with a reasonable amount of notice so that your attorney may be present, and you should conclude with, "Until then, may I assume that our business is otherwise concluded and I am free to go?"
If they respond with anything other than the affirmative, then your next (and only) thing you say is, "am I under arrest?" at which point they will (hopefully) say something along the lines of "You're not under arrest, but you are being detained"
And you should respond with, "Detained for what purpose? Do you suspect that I've committed a crime?"
And HOPEFULLY this is where they'll f**k up and say something like, "Well, that's what we're trying to determine!"
Because, if they say anything close to that, they're basically admitting to illegally detaining and questioning you, aka a "fishing expedition", either trying to FIND something illegal in order to justify their desire to search your property, or they're just trying to get you to forfeit your own rights by saying something stupid!
Bottom line is, NEVER willfully cooperate with police with the thought that "you're innocent and have nothing to hide" or that "if you just cooperate they'll return the favor and let you go"
It doesn't work like that...ever.
He's liying the cop that called on him for splashing was probably more angry than the one when he was speeding at 16 facts how else you get a ticket for splashing 🤔
Learn grammar Jesus
RPG does not stand for rocket propelled grenade
I can tell you, 100 percent, you can re activate a de-Milled piece of hardware.
Jessus,
I got Beaten up for a fucking Water Pistol in UK,
they even CONFISCATED IT!
i don't have thousands in the bank.. I dont get it!
?
My mate got arrested for a toy paintball gun from Asda once
@@chrisg4rr377 Honestly, it seems that the police over there are under orders to get as many natives in the system as they possibly can, and they have permission to do it for literally any reason they can think of.
RPG does not actually stand for Rocket Propelled Grenade, the abbreviation actually comes from the Russian phrase for "hand-held anti-tank grenade-launcher": Ruchnoi Protivotankovye Granatamyot.
When you have a large audience ofcourse cops are aware and will be nice.
You can buy de-milled RPGs from Atlantic Firearms, Cheaper than dirt.....no license.
I got my first speeding ticket with literally a week after I got my license and that was the rudest state trooper I've ever met and I got a fat ticket but I mean I learned the lesson don't do 83 in a 55
Homeland was even annoyed with this kid.
What ATF was too busy shooting dogs to come by
That's why you should never put pictures of what you own on the Internet. It's none of the governments business what you own. They work for the people not the other way around.
Only reason why homeland security was acting nice and casual was because he had RPG xD
So awesome!
roman was whistlin before whislin was whistlin
I fought against United States Special Forces in Iraq 🇮🇶 OIF6 2008 with BBC News Reporters video taping, means United States Consitution and Laws Doesn't apply to me since Iraq OIF6 2008 got a ARCOM medal 🏅
An “RPG” is the ammo NOT the thing that shoots it.
RPG is both.
I trust whistlinDiesel more than homeland security
Post the whole podcast 🙄🙄🙄
