For demographic reasons, there are now an incredible number of jobs available across the whole western world at ALL skill levels, from completely unskilled to highly skilled and ultra-specialized. Anybody who wants a job now can hold out for the best offer for their particular situation. People in the West have either had no children or tiny families for decades now and this trend is well established now in non-western countries also. That means that the new generation of workers is the smallest ever, with or without globalization. So hold out for the best offer and best conditions for your own circumstances and take care of yourself!
