These Jenny's Choice came out a lot more softer than usual after being pasted! Maybe it's just an extra soft box? Who knows. After the crunch overload of last week, maybe this is a much needed palette cleanser!

What a beautiful hue of blue... _(cheesy I know, but true none the less!)_
The gritty crunch provided by the paste was in wonderful contrast to the dense snaps and softer, more muted crumble of the blocks. Those crunches were no less satisfying though.
I loved how the fresh blocks were tinged, blue on the edges..such a satisfying visual....
