coffeebreakcourses.com/bf2023 In this episode, we hear from Ryan in Canada. He talks to us about Niagara Falls, and we focus on phrasal verbs and expressions with the word ‘go’.
Hosted by English teachers Mark and Josie, Coffee Break English is presented in slow English which is easy to understand. Join them as they help you to improve your accuracy and understanding of English, to prepare you for many situations like using English at work, visiting an English-speaking country, taking exams, or talking with English-speaking friends.
Alongside each lesson is an extra episode which is a short conversation between Mark and another English-speaker in which they discuss in more detail the content covered in our main episode. This is an opportunity to hear a varied range of accents in English, including non-native speakers too.
If you'd like to get more out of your Coffee Break English experience, you can use the bonus materials which form the Coffee Break English Online Course. These include bonus audio materials, downloadable lesson notes and a video version of this lesson which features the words and phrases on the screen of your device. It's an interesting series, but what's with that extremely annoying theme tune? I mean, it's obviously way too loud compared to the voices, I have to skip it everytime to avoid jumpscares
