Realistically the flash could beat any hero or villain because he’s too fast. He could doge Darksieds omega beams and beat him on a 1 V 1 fight then if he were to fight Superman he could run to a place with kryptonite and come back then beat him and if he were to fight Batman he could pause time and dodge his punches...
