I first saw this episode when I was 2 years old. I heard the short excerpt from humoresque and almost instantly fell in love with music and especially the violin. I begged my parents to let me play the violin and 3 years later I began lessons. This episode of little einsteins has singlehandedly set me on my musical journey. I'm now 17 and playing alongside professional musicians in the symphony. Soon I'll have my first concert as a featured soloist with my city's philharmonic orchestra and the first piece I chose was humoresque. It's simple but it has done so much for me and still has a special place in my heart. :)
I wish I could've watched this more often as a kid. I'm going into music education now and I can only imagine how much this show would've taught me about music and made me love music even more when I was younger. It's so wonderful to see a kid's show focusing on the education of fine arts.
This just aired 9am this morning on the Disney Jr channel...fyi. 41 year old mom reminiscing of when my (high school senior)daughter was small. Great musical notation references in each episode! She plays in the orchestra now. Loved this show! Great concept!
This is one of the smartest preschool shows ever made that teaches kids classical music and painting. It's one of my personal favorite shows growing up. Disney Junior is good but this show and Stanley is one of the reasons why Playhouse Disney is a childhood staple and I hope Disney recapture that. Also, the show deserves a revival.

You what's impressive about preschool shows like these? It makes even the teens and young adults tune into the show Because they generally enjoy it, I'm 13 and I loved rolie polie olie when I was 5 And when it came back to the separate channel version of Disney junior on it's launch year for only 2 years along with other Pre 2005 playhouse Disney shows like Stanley and pb&j otter, and along with little Einstein's which lasted until 2019 and was removed from the air........ In favor of that shitshow Called tots -_-, and I still usually comeback to these shows because of how age neutral the quality of them Can be, while most preschool shows these days can be annoying, irritating and unbearable, I cannot last a Millisecond watching something like pjmasks or Spidey and his amazing friends, but they're are exceptions Like bluey

1:56 What Annie said made me think that even though it's unknown, humans do exist in the Little Einsteins universe. Maybe in the hopefully upcoming 3rd season, we'll get some insight on weather or not the Einsteins have families of their own.
I know this might sound absurd, but in my headcanon, it's a bit complicated 1) they do have families... but these families treat them as the black sheep, because they prefer modern music over classical one (especially their older siblings; Justin (Leo and Annie's beatboxing older brother), Louis (Quincy's rapping older brother), James and Janet (June's k-pop loving older brother and sister)) and this got worse as they hung out with Rocket. The only people in their family who treat them nicely are Leo and Annie's grandmother and her dog and June's other older sister, Marcy. 2) there are humans in the little einsteins universe: they live alongside toons and sentient instruments (the Little Einsteins are toons, since they have four fingers on each hand), kinda like Roger Rabbit, but in Kansas.

Actually, I have another theory. In the episode, How We Became The Little Einsteins: The True Story, we’re shown Leo as a baby and his baby mobile plays a song that is sung by a woman. My immediate thought was that voice could be Leo and Annie’s mom and that she made the mobile all by herself. However after a while, Leo and Annie’s parents (as well as Quincy’s and June’s) disappeared and it’s unknown what happened or how it happened. My guess is that they were kidnapped.

@@Corgipon Yeah, but the classical pieces are ruined by childish words made up by the Little Einsteins. And it’s questionable as to how they can pilot a rocket despite being only kids. It’s also questionable as to where their parents are and how they can live by themselves when they’re only little. Plus, The constant fourth wall breaking is annoying just like with Dora, Diego, Elmo, and Barney. Some could Think that the show might have something to do with Albert Einstein because of the title when it doesn’t as it has more to do with music and art rather than science. And don’t get me wrong about the annoying theme song. I used to watch this when I was a kid, but not anymore since I now find it annoying

1:56 What Annie said made me think that even though it's unknown, humans do exist in the Little Einsteins universe. Maybe in the hopefully upcoming 3rd season, we'll get some insight on weather or not the Einsteins have families of their own.
I know this might sound absurd, but in my headcanon, it's a bit complicated
1) they do have families... but these families treat them as the black sheep, because they prefer modern music over classical one (especially their older siblings; Justin (Leo and Annie's beatboxing older brother), Louis (Quincy's rapping older brother), James and Janet (June's k-pop loving older brother and sister)) and this got worse as they hung out with Rocket.
The only people in their family who treat them nicely are Leo and Annie's grandmother and her dog and June's other older sister, Marcy.
2) there are humans in the little einsteins universe: they live alongside toons and sentient instruments (the Little Einsteins are toons, since they have four fingers on each hand), kinda like Roger Rabbit, but in Kansas.
@@Mattcai2004 In my mind it's like Film Theory's video about Cars. The whole world was taken over by a super intelligent A.I and all the humans got turned into objects mute animal and objects but the Little Einsteins (and possibly their parents) are the only ones that survived.

Actually, I have another theory. In the episode, How We Became The Little Einsteins: The True Story, we’re shown Leo as a baby and his baby mobile plays a song that is sung by a woman. My immediate thought was that voice could be Leo and Annie’s mom and that she made the mobile all by herself. However after a while, Leo and Annie’s parents (as well as Quincy’s and June’s) disappeared and it’s unknown what happened or how it happened. My guess is that they were kidnapped.
