Avoid screen time esp whilst eating. They need to see the colours, feel the textures of what they are eating. If not absent mindedly they just gobble something.
Can 'bribe' them small screen time if they finish their food.

Cartoons dikhana padhey to tv mein lagana behtar option hai tv lagakar bhi khila sakte hain try it.
Mere 3 bachhey hain 1st boy abhi 7 year complete hoga 2nd wale ka 5th year complete hoga Alhamdulillah maine phone dikhane ki adat nahi daali. And my 3rd baby is 9 month old👶
