This is what I think the Slimes into Infinity stones are:
Quantum Slime: Space Stone (it teleports)
Matter Slime: Reality Stone (its description literally says it shapes reality)
Chrono Slime: Time Stone (it literally has a clock on its face)
Reactor Slime: Power Stone (Reactors are VERY powerful)
Empathy Slime: Soul Stone (Emotions is of the Soul)
Automated Slime: Mind Stone (Because it kind of looks like Vision)

OK so here’s what each of the slimes do
Chrono slime: it turns the ports back into whatever created them
Matter slime: he creates whatever it wants when it eats something
Automaton slime: it ages whatever it eats
Sympathy slime: Makes other slimes angry when it’s angry
Reactor slime: Basically absorbs slimes energy and then converts it into energy for things like drones
