The Leafs current roster, is NOT playoff ready! Tradeable Leafs; Robertson, Dewar, Holmberg, Benoit, and Timmons. The team needs more SIZE and TOUGHNESS ( players willing too drop the gloves and show push back)? Until, TOUGHNESS is part of the Leafs game, they will NEVER beat Florida in the Regular season or Playoffs, simply put.
Completely agree with Jeremiah and HTH here. Us getting Brandon Tanev would only make the team better IMHO, especially as we've already seen Alex and Willie Nylander play together with very much decent results (although I think Alex is with our AHL farm team now). The chemistry between the two was something special when Alex got here, so both Tanevs (in spite of Brandon's difficulties + injury/injuries) would be quite something. Christopher has been fantastic for us this season to begin with, so Brandon getting the boost would reap more benefits in the long run. Great vid.
