Hey, just to answer some of the questions raised in the video: 1. Diva format uses 3 LRIGs (1 main and 2 assists). The assist LRIG are the ones you noted having either "0" or "+1" in their supply limit. These assist LRIGs basically give you effects when you level them up, and some of them can level up during your opponent's turn so they serve as interaction. 2. The horizontal cards that have the same colour back as the LRIG cards are called Piece cards and they go into the LRIG deck and you can have up to 2 of them. They are like spells that you always have access to once per game. 3. The 2ji3ji deck you cracked is actually just 1 deck but contains a full suite of main and assist LRIG cards of the girls in the group (you get Main LRIGs of all 3 girls as well as assist LRIGs of all 3). You can choose the main from the 3, and for the other 2, you will have no option for the assist LRIGs as the deck only comes with 1 for each girl (however, the 1st box in the format contains alternative assist LRIGs for all 3).
I've been hoping for news like this since the game first came out and I started playing, so it's super exciting. Also, excellent taste in LRIGs! Piruluk & Guzuko are my faves, both as characters and decks.
I'm really stoked to finally play! Being in English makes it so much easier for me to get friends and other content creators to play with me too! Definitely expect some gameplay videos once it finally launches in English! (I also like Alfou and Nanashi, but Guzuko and Piruluk are definitely my top 2)

Yeah I mentioned it in the video but I stopped simply because it's tough to make videos about a card game in a language I don't speak. I'm more of a player than a collector so being able to play the game is really important to me - even if I like collecting it. With the English release I CAN now play it and I'm really excited for it! Now that I'm full-time on RZR I plan on making 1 non-FAB video a week and I think Wixoss can fit into that! (also Metazoo and Genesis)

As much as I despise any kind of censorship, I feel like they may want to just for the game to get any kind of traction beyond the current english speaking fanbase. Most games that leaned heavy into the cheesecake didn't do well here, and this may be the case here too. Not many LGS' will want a card game played in their store where the art is mostly scantily clad girls (gotta protect the little babbies and not upset the soccermoms!). Still, looking forward to checking it out when it does hit the US.
Honestly I don't know if that's 100% true. Something like Force of Will that leaned pretty heavily on the lewdness actually had cards worth a TON and drove a lot of buzz because of it, the game was HUGE for a while - the game didn't decline because of that, it declined because the company drove it into the ground over and over...and over...and over. I understand where you're coming from though but I really hope they don't go that route (also because I'm not sure this game will even be distributed through tradition NA tcg means - it might straight up be through the Takara-Tomy online store and Amazon)
@@RedZoneRogue I was more thinking of Luck and Logic, cause I do believe it was the cheesecake that was one of the factors that led it to not gain much traction. As far as Force of will went, while it had its lewdness it had much more than that going for it with its world building and rather unique concept of using fairy tale style characters along with your more traditional type of fantasy and sci-fi styles. Because of that, it had something for somebody. As far as how it is distributed, that's gonna be interested if it goes direct but I worry about any kind of tournament scene if it does. But we will see.

I think the big difference with Wixoss is that it's been around for 7 years, is a legit really good game (MTG hall of famer Shota Yasooka is the lead designer) and it has Vtuber stuff in it (Vtubers have become VERY popular in the west this last year). I think Wixoss has huge potential here

one notice I should make is if you dont like the death game were your forced into an infinite cycle dont watch this
I'm not a huge fan of the newer DIVA series but I really enjoyed all of the others
