Steel coming out of concrete indicates a structural problem, not a cosmetic.
Looking at the building architecture I'm guessing that this concrete is 50-70 years old. Cracks in concrete are completely normal as the building settles. If water gets in those cracks and the steel starts corroding, it expands, leading to this kind of damage. That might eventually evolve to a structural problem as the steel continues to corrode (over a very long time), but sealing it back up takes care of the problem, if done properly. I can see no signs of a more significant underlying problem.
Ja das Problem mit der Armierung, wenn das Eisen rostet dehnt es sich aus und selbst Beinharter Beton platzt ab....gute Videos, machen Laune zu kucken.

Moin, nach welcher Abbindezeit hast Du den groben Betonspachtel "in Form" gebracht und an die abgrenzenden Bereiche angeglichen? 1 Stunde, 3 Stunden, ein halber Tag?

ja som daval opravnu maltu PCI polycret K40...vyborne sa s nou robilo aj vo vacsich vrstvach :) a ako antikoroznu ochranu som daval PCI Nanocret AP ;-)
