My folks nearly split up because after two decades of marriage they became set in their own expectations of changes and my Mom’s unmet needs an only child never embracing the effection from being upbringing from her parents who were struggling to make ends meet went into business together and opened a hardware store for truck accessories in Dayton, Ohio. My Mom was cared for by her Dad or Mom’s Sisters. As she observed Christian Parented children have a greener life than she had on the other side of her jewish parents fence. Feeling Fenced In, she endured a rough unstable child hood and was a bulley who hurt those that did not live up to her expectations and struggling with speech therapy which did not take into account a missing kleft , a seveare birth defect that was later addressed as medical science in orthodontal improved the lives of persons suffering Kleft Pallet. Once she was matched with a man of liked traits in their seperate synagogue she was joined in marriage. My Dad an amazing man in her expectations. But once having three children, she never had siblings nor knew how to be a Mother with no parents to mentor her to know how to adjust to each one of our own problems and birth defects offset perhaps to their experiments with recreational drugs early on in their teens before wed together. My Mom’s appitite grew for this experience in appearance only to have the family she always wanted but without Christ in the center of their marriage. You see, in a family where there is a central figure which made us in his own image, there is no give and take. No one married to Christ wants the other to change to suit their own image of the other. But dying daily to those expectations to put to death the sanctuary of the carnal mind which is emnity against the image of God’s love. In a Christ Centered life we grow to become like him, but not projecting that image on our spouse to make examples out of others rather than being his example. Mom and Dad rejected His Son by living a seperated life from God. Eventually they went for counceling. But it became apparent that Mom could not make examples out of us to set the example in her image of us. It was not until I was confronted by mean spirited adolescent Christians whose center piece was not in the image of their religion but making examples of others that my heart was hardened against the Son of the Living God. To be slugged in the face and butchered, being type cast an enemy of God and then questioned why I don’t know that Jesus loves me? Made me feel like Jesus is an extortioner. And if this IS God’s love by being butchered for not living up to others iexpectations, you can count me out! But God did not give up on me, and a woman melted my heart when she thought I was a Christian??? And remembering my mistreatment, how could shr think I was like “them?” But she confessed a different Jesus to me than the ones that mistreated me and I melted from my hardened heart because now I was confused! And when I began to read the Bible, I realised I was like him, but living in separation from God and needed to be Reconciled unto God through a price I could not pay because my righteousness and good deeds could not pay the debt that was required by God through a man born without being the off spring of every man condemned to suffer the second death that seperates us from the unmerited favor of one man whose shed blood was the requirement to pay that wage of sin; which is death, yet must br made by some one born in the image of the immortal God made mortal to lay down his own immortal mortal life yet his Spirit of God cannot die, thus being burried above ground in a vault, was raised by God his Father along with his holy Spirit that did not die. To pay our debt; that he did not owe, that we in his likeness must do as he taught niccodemus how to become Born again by the will of God (and not Romans 10:13.) according to the dispensation of grace, after jesus appeared to his desciples and his Mother and after he assended, he kept his promise to be born of his Spirit; in his name Jesus we will speak with knew tongues as God gives us His utterances. (Not to be confused with receiving thr fruits of the Spirit). Acts of the Apostals (His desciples) Chapter two verses one through Thirty Eight. And this is what it means for a man and woman (taken from one of the bones of a man, God made an helper for the purpose to multiply offspring in the image of God and not God in the likness of our own image of expectations against one another.) And why there were no engraven images as offspring in marriage to same sex even as the Church made in the image God was not divided against itself, for can an house be it divided against itself stand? Can an house be built without joinery and wooden doweled nails? Just about every problem we encounter can be solved with a roll of duct tape, why then, before Easer, God used Nails? It pleased God to bruise his Son that we be set free from the bondage of sin and the second death, by grace(Jesus Christ) through faith and not based on our own good works to be found favorable unto God but by the UnMerited Love and favor of God sent to us His Son to Reconcile us unto Himself.)
