It honestly just comes down to if you want an offset and if you don't trust spacers. With these wheels, they are a great price to get the offset you want without having to run spacers. I haven't had any trouble with the spacers I have tried out, but anyone would agree, it is safer to run an offset wheel than spacers.
Not trying to be a hater but those look too much like my stock 18in TB wheels plus I bet my OEM wheels are Way better quality.
