Very interesting and helpful, thanks, Christine! Gary and Janice, this is a beautiful pool and it was so informative to hear about the building process. I had no idea there was a process to cool the water, so that was good to hear about. I vote for a "pool party" vid early evening one night so we can see the light show!💫💥✨⚡️
That's hard to say and beyond our expertise! If we find someone who is willing to do a video on the pool who has a Courtyard villa or a Veranda, we will ask them!
Thank you for the informational video. If you create another video about pools in The Villages, I would love to know if the owner chose chlorine or salt-water and why. What are the benefits of one over the other? It seems it's getting common to have a salt-water pool in TV. Thank-you.
How much did it cost them to have their irrigation system fixed? Did that affect their home warranty? (I believe that the newly constructed homes come with a one year warranty)
They said: “Any time something is done to your house that the villages didn’t do your warranty is voided. As of June 30th we’re here a year anyway! Our irrigation was included in our landscaping that’s why we went with that company. It is now better than it ever was to begin with”
How come you didn’t show the entire pool such a quick view. I wished you would have walked around. It appears to be very tiny. But it was kind hard to see
It is small. I believe the dimensions are mentioned in the show. Spa is 5X5 and fits about 5 people. The pool is 7X20 and Gary called it a dunk pool. So it's just for cooling off, parties, that sort of thing. Good solution for people who don't have a large lot but still want a pool. Good tip, we will work to show more videos of the pool in the next show we are able to do.
There are only 3 spas (hot tubs / Jacuzzis) in The Villages. 2 of them, you need a Country Club Pool enhancement, and they are located at Glenview Country Club and Orange Blossom Country Club. The third is WAY up north located in the Southside Rec Center in the historic section of The Villages, no special membership required.
Would have liked to see more of a tour of the whole thing but definitely informative!! They are so sweet to invite us over anytime!! Oh wait were they talking to you or us?😂😂
Absolutely good info. Thank you for the interview, Christine.
Awesome, glad you got good information from this one Jozie!
This is great information. Appreciate them for doing the video.
Thanks Fierce Flyer, Tina and I feel the same way.

Hi. Interesting video. Is it easy to add a pool to a veranda or a courtyard home? How much more will a solar heater / cooling system cost? Thanks.

Poor Gary
Gary is just fine :)
Is it always so breezy there ? Or just some weather coming in ? The landscape privacy bushes are falling over, lol.
It can get very windy here! The Podocarpus was definitely blowing in the wind but they are doing fine :)

That's a good tip about seeing more of the whole thing. We can try and do that in future installments of Pool Talk.
