I like CookUnity, it depends on what you order, how filling it is. Some of the meals are over 1000 calories. Some of the bigger ones we split for lunch.

Nice your CookUnity comes in a box with a thick layer of insulation. I'm in California and mine comes in cooler bags with no additional layer of insulation inside. Once I put a thermometer inside before taking out the meals for 15 minutes and the temp was 52 degrees well over the refrigeration max of 40 degrees.
Before I started using ready to eat delivery services I saw online reviews saying Factor 75 tasted better than Freshly so I tried Factor. I'd been eating frozen TV dinners from grocery stores and Factor tastes so much better. Then I read online CookUnity is even better and tried it. And yes CookUnity is a level above Factor taste wise.
Now I'm subscribing to both but now I hate Factor taste wise. I can't get CookUnity for the whole week because their expirations can be as short as the day after the delivery or so. And many meals are not actually sealed at one corner of the film.
I thought trying Freshly to replace Factor but saw your reply saying it's going out of business. Unfortunate.

So far my Cook Unity boxes have arrived cold. They are delicious but expensive. I still order Factor sometimes too but I think Cook Unity tastes better. Thank you for watching and commenting!

Cookunity has a more premium feel to me for what seems to be about the same price
