Omg NEVER SAY “Top I’ the morning” here in Ireland 😭😭😭 Just bc its you, Phil, I’ll let that one slide and forgive you. Now I need to go get me some toastier and a pint you guys reminded me how good they are! Sláinte!
Thank you for posting all these "outtakes" that did not make it onto the actual show. Helps me get more of my fix! Love, love, love the show, I hope that you get more seasons now that the world is starting to return to something close to normal.
@@K.Stroh_ You can get proper Ireland made Guinness in some places in France. There was a wonderful Irish pub in Lourdes that had the proper black and white stuff. :-) . Didn't know that the other stuff is make in South Africa. Learn something new everyday
I could not agree more except that Bourdain would never disrespect traditional Irish cuisine the way Phil has done. In his ‘Dublin’ episode, Phil starts off by inferring that Irish cuisine is boring. How crass and ignorant. I stopped watching him because of this but, just recently, I watched the episode again and my perception was not wrong - he really does dump on traditional Irish cooking. What an idiot. I won’t be watching any of his series ever again.
Oh god Phil😩 nobody says top of the morning in Ireland - cringe😬 Americans seem to think we do!!! Only heard in Hollywood movies I think, not an Irish saying at all😱😱
@@antoniafaheerty6980 he’s playing to his audience!!! That expression is never uttered in everyday life by Irish people in fact we cringe when we hear Americans say it thinking we will be delighted to hear it😩

MsCMR80 I’m American and even I cringed so hard at that part. Still love you though Phil ❤️
Grogans is the best. I have met so many cool people there over a pint and cheese toast.

“I thought you were just really enjoying your drink...”. 😂
I had to pause the video, I was laughing too hard!!
Grogans is amazing! That is the emptiest I have ever seen it though, usually impossible to get a seat.
Had my first Guinness in Dublin, ruined it for myself as Guinness doesn't taste the same anywhere else round the world.
Only the Guinness served in The UK is made in Ireland. Everything outside the UK is made in South Africa and it’s pasteurized. Bummer

What happens in Dublin, if you order Beamish or Murphy's instead of Guinness? is it the same quality or price as in Cork City.
